We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pre-civil war bed and breakfast. Excellent atmosphere and decor. We met the home owners and gave us some history of the property. Peacful and restful stay. Would book again.
used as jumping off spot for bonnaroo -
clean, neat, quiet property and pretty close to the bonnaroo site -- nice continental bfast set up, beautiful old growth trees -
for sure better than hanging with sweaty naked hippies and love supporting local people keeping local historical properties viable with obvious love
The Belmont is a beautiful and historic property and the upgrades are spot on. Very comfortable bed and a peaceful, quiet environment. Perfect parking and accessibility. Hosts are attentive and accommodating. No complaints at all. Very much enjoyed our stay.
Great location for us. The house was very charming and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient with many choices. Very easy to come and go. Hosts were very helpful and available if we needed anything. We will come back.
The beautiful house was very clean and quiet. Each day we came in late at night, leaving early morning. I love the history of the house and the antique furniture. If I am back I will definitely stay there as there are no hotels I would stay in again in the city.

The write up was very different from what I found. It was clean,
We had the nicest room. It was adorable. Lovely older home like visiting my grandmother but in the sweetest way. Just felt the charm all over. Lovely couple that own the place. Nothing we needed that they didn’t have. We were in room #3
Good stay clean comfortable bed and room. The breakfast was the only thing to complain about. Frozen waffles bagels in fridge Little Debbie pastries. Not really what er expected for the price point of the room. But good as a whole
This home is well taken care of and you truly feel the history of the place. The owners communicated well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and updated. I wasn’t thrilled with the window heat unit that cycled on and off loudly and didn’t appear very clean. I also was very unimpressed with the breakfast options. But overall, it was a good value for the price.
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Loved that the decor was modern yet true to the year it was built. Communication with owner was great and check in check out process was a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return when in the area.
We enjoyed our stay here. We loved the way the room was decorated; it had an antique feel to it but still had all the modern conveniences. The bed was super comfortable and the shower already had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which came in handy since we forgot ours. The continental breakfast was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
Property owners were very accommodating. We loved the rich history of this house and the surrounding area. Beautiful place to stay for a little peace and quiet.
This B&B caught my eye. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Belmont Inn (Historic 1852 Evans House)! The owner's Mark & Linda were so friendly and welcoming! We stayed in room #3 Midnight Sun. You get a front door code and your own room code for the door. I would love to stay in each room in the future. The breakfast area has continental style items and you are able to access it 24/7. I am not sure how many others were staying during the same time we were, but I can say it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quick romantic getaway like we did.
