For anyone looking for a "budget-conscious" Beach-Side Studio, this is for you! This 1950's apartment building is located steps away from the beach access with a home located in between the apartment building and beach.

If you are traveling light (with no need for an over- abundance of space) this Beach Side Studio is just perfect. We are located just steps away from the beach, with no streets to cross.

The Studio has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a small eat-in kitchen and a full bathroom.

The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower with a hand held shower head. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We have a full size refrigerator and a gas stove.

Off street parking is just outside your front door.

We also welcome longer term stays in this efficiency apartment.

I've allowed for 3 guests just in case a couple may have an infant or baby. But there is only one Queen Size Bed for sleeping, no other bedding arrangements would work in this studio; it is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults.
Again, the beach is a short one minute walk with no streets to cross!

We are also pet friendly (with a $49 fee)

This Studio Apartment is one of 6 units in this building. The building was built in the 1950's, and as such, many of the the windows, systems and appliances are dated.

We are proud to offer a beach side apartment that is clean, comfortable and provides all the necessities - Smart TV, WiFi, Full Kitchen, Bathroom and best of all - the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay!

We have off-street parking and are close to a brewery/BBQ restaurant that is walking distance. Fishing from the surf is excellent, and the beach is also pet-friendly.

These are older units and do show some of their age as many of the vintage gas stoves remain, as well as the cast iron tubs and sinks. Some of these tubs and sinks may have a bit of rust, but all has been fastidiously cleaned for your use! We are proud to be able to offer such low-priced beach side studios, but we also want our guests to have the proper expectations. These units are clean, but will show "age" with some rust stains on the bathroom appliances, windows that may not open and close properly, flooring that is a bit worn, cracks in the plaster on the walls and/or ceilings, and appliances that show their age; if you will find these issues bothersome, please look for a more contemporary place for your vacation.

If, however, you prioritize being conveniently located to the beach where you plan on enjoying the majority of your vacation, we believe you will be happy here. You will also enjoy a clean, comfortable bed, a large Smart TV (use your own internet streaming), cool air conditioning (window units), WiFi and the personal comfort of being able to bring your furry friend with you!

Overall good experience.

Overall we would recommend this place. Its a cute vintage studio. Its tough to find a place that allows our three big dogs so this was a wonderful find. In the summer this would be a perfect little beach getaway. I do wish I had known this was an upstairs studio. Its only a consideration because our smallest big dog tends to go up and down like a wrecking ball and we'd rather not disturb others. Also, we didn't know how to work the old heater & had to message the host. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Safety and false advertising

The property listed a queen size bed which would work for my child and I. It was at most a full size bed. When you walk up to the place the hall was so dark need cell flash light to put code in for the key. The place reeked of urine it was so strong. Advertised old 1950 building and the furniture matched theme with tape holding cushion to chair. There was what looked like exposed wiring in the kitchen, good thing we didnt bring the dogs. The bedroom had a rug that was a tripping hazard almost crashing my skull into the TV. Good things right off the beach, offered beach chair. Other than the smell, place looked clean.

Perfect for access to the Beach and a place to lay your head at night. Made recommendations and they said they were going to implement them. I would also recommend a book for visitors to write in and where they are from. Also a list of things to do restaurants, entertainment and boardwalk information. Thanks, The Coles

The worst

The location is why I booked but the place is absolutely filthy. The air conditioner is plugged in to an extension cord! There is only one plug in available and it’s used! Paint is peeling off the walls! The stairs are steep and dark. Lastly he made his cleaner enter my unit without my knowledge and my dogs barked at her so he’s saying my dogs are a problem. Ridiculous. Worst stay I’ve experienced. I am an owner who rents via VRBO, this is not how to manage successfully.

Compact and convenient

A simple no-frills compact studio apartment with everything I needed for my short vacation. A few steps in one direction to a nice beach, and a few steps in the other direction to a nice brewery. Great communication with the manager.

Small but perfect

The description of this unit is accurate. It’s very small and very dated but perfect for sleeping and spending most of your time at the beach. You can’t see the beach but it is only a 1 minute walk. This is a 2nd floor unit so prepare for that. If you’re looking for modern this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for quaint and quiet it’s perfect. The beach is AWESOME at this location. Not crowded at all.

To much money for a place like this!

Old building no fan in the restroom! You can’t see yours self on the mirror ,the door is very old and unsafe, smells really bad ! The tenant was really nice with us!

The pic are not accurate. The building was very run down. No door leading up to the apartment,The floors were sticky mold on mirror, old rusty stove for heat. There was no room to park. Spoke with owner before booking. Asked if it was ocean front, she said yes ocean side. You couldnt see ocean at all. It was a very sketchy neighbor hood. Didnt end up staying and wasted my money. O wouldnt give refund. Beware of this host, not honest and very misleading When you read description they try to justify the other comments ...
