About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage overlooking a lake. Close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture and mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, HBO, Showtime, Amazon and Netflix. All outside common areas and yard to the lake are free for your use. Optional access that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym for 25 dollars(35 in winter) per accommodation(not per person). In other words the daily fee is for all the amenities. So if there are 4 guests, the daily fee is only 25(35). To heat the whole pool it is an additional 45 per day. It is a daily fee that starts at 9 am and ends at 10 pm and includes all the amenities. This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guest for 10 dollars a day per guest. Quiet hours are between10 pm and 9 a.m. for all amenities. The fee can be collected when you arrive or you can prepay by Venmo, if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. No parties allowed. No exceptions. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. This is a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. One off street parking available. Please park so that two other cars can park too. Accommodation interiors/decorations subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Amenities are not always available to guest, we apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times we the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space for an additional 25 per day that includes a printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light.

Spring Break 2024

We stayed here during Spring Break so that we could visit the Universal Parks. The local was only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Parks. The property itself was amazing over looking a lake and was very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed it and my 3 children enjoyed it and loved the amenities.

Just PERFECT!

This was one of the most beautiful and original properties I've ever rented. Great location, just outside of the Orlando madness, but easy access to everything. The grounds are simply amazing... so much thoughtful care went into the design. And a picture-perfect neighborhood with a cute market on the corner. So much to do without even leaving the property. The pictures do not do it justice. Jerome and Neal are the best hosts and have put a lot of love into their property! Will definitely look to return whenever I'm in Orlando.

A really special place to stay!

The house and amenities are superb. We all enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and playing games in the game room as a family. I especially enjoyed walking around the gardens and looking out over the lake in the morning. Jerome is a wonderful host. I hope I get the privilege to visit again.

Beautiful property, amazing host

What an amazing property. It's true that it's even nicer in person than the pics suggest. Such a beautiful, well kept, clean and chill gem. You get the sense that you're in a little paradise where you can unwind and escape. We would definitely stay there again and are thinking of returning sometime for a family reunion. We spent the days chillaxing in the pool and evenings in the clubhouse playing pool and darts. Jerome is an awesome host as well. Very responsive and communicative and he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and went above & beyond.
