VENTNOR RISE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large rear deck, hooded BBQ and outdoor setting.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove and microwave, dining, lounge with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV with HDMI input, DVD, ceiling fan.

Main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower and separate w/c, laundry with front load washing machine. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Small TV in one of the single bedrooms.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 singles.

Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Nice house

Lovely house easy walk to the shop, pub and beach nice and clean well equipped. Loved the childrens games and the DVD's provided. Would have liked a welcome pack to say what was around the area. The only down side was the extraction fans need cleaning andthe fish cleaning station was dirty, lotsof fish scales but the people who used it last should have cleaned it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place to stay for a couple of families. A great position, walking distance to the beach and the pub. A well presented 4 bedroom house with a good outdoor entertaining area. I would have been much happier if they had charged me extra for bed linen and towels instead of having to cart them.
