Downstairs, a delightful bunk/game room gives the kids their own space, with a queen sofa sleeper, two sets of twin bunks, a TV and a ping-pong table. A baby gate, Pack n’ Play, games, outdoor chairs, beach towels and toys will also enhance a family stay.

You’ll enjoy your own private access to miles of flat, sandy beach, where you’re likely to spot shorebirds, eagles, gulls, and if you’re lucky, one of the harbor seals that live on the Alsea Bay spit. Ride the two cruiser bikes in the garage around the Bayshore neighborhood. You’ll also enjoy access to the seasonal pool for a small fee at the Bayshore Beach Club, plus the neighborhood playground and tennis courts. Hop in the car and in five minutes you’ll be in Waldport, where you’ll find groceries, shops, dining, crabbing, clamming, kayaking and fishing. Cape Perpetua, Sea Lion Caves and Newport are less than a half hour away. The Nautical House is the perfect launchpad for a fantastic family stay on the Central Coast!
