Beautiful modern house with comfy bedroom, twin bed including one big wardrobe, private 1 1/2bathroom, gym equipped with universal machine, spinning bike and weights, office with computer and printer available, modern kitchen area, nice dining room and cozy sitting room with even a couple of guitars to play if you feel like so during a warm nice afternoon!!. Parking lot for 1 car with bar gate. Air conditioning, Wi Fi, telephone, Netflix and Pay TV included with no additional charge.
The house is surrounded by big parks where you can enjoy a nice walk in the fresh mornings in Monterrey. Jogging track, soccer field and basquetball courts available day and night with full security.
