Newly refurbished and modernly decorated beachfront apartment with complete 180% ocean-view from all rooms.

Located close to all essential amenities including bars and restaurants and local supermarkets.

The space:
The apartment is located on the 22nd floor of Terraços do Atlântico offering magnificent complete 180 degrees sea-view from all rooms.

Terraços do Atlântico is located in front of Praia de Iracema which is very famous for hosting the second largest New Year’s Eve party in Brazil (after Rio de Janeiro) as well as other events throughout the year. A few steps away you can find restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, taxi rank, bus services and several attractions. The building also benefits from a swimming pool, gym, games room and sauna.

The apartment comes with a parking space which can be freely used by guests.

The apartment is 70m² very well divided, with 2 spacious bedrooms (1 en suite), living room, balcony, kitchen and a second bathroom.

The en suite bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has ample storage space. The second bedroom has a double bed and have a large desk of drawers to store clothing as well. The en suite bedroom is equipped with air condition.

The en-suite bathroom has a rainfall shower as well as a separate hot tub.

We provide bed linen and towels for all guests.

The living room has modern decoration including a large screen smart-TV (50 inches) dining table and a comfortable sofa.

You have access to stable and high speed WiFi throughout the apartment (200MB fiber).

The kitchen has a modern design and is stocked with all essential cooking equipment. Additionally, you have access to a coffee machine, blender and toaster.

The apartment does also have a washing machine should you wish to do laundry during your stay.

Vista maravilhosa
