We had a great stay! Plenty of space for our family and a great area—the host was so welcoming and gave us all info we needed and it was one of the most well-equipped homes we’ve stayed in!

Great Place

Our group of 28 golfers come to Sky Valleyevery year for an annual golf trip. This house is the perfect location and very clean and spacious. Look forward to next year.

Great location

Property was fantastic and you cannot beat the location. We were there on a golf weekend so being near the clubhouse was amazing. We actually just parked the car and walked back and forth to the course. Perfect spot!

We have stayed at Sky Lodge several times, and it is our favorite in the Valley. Everything is always clean and ready for our arrival, and Mark, the host contact, is the best we have experienced in our travels. You cannot beat the location, the views are lovely, and the service is impeccable!

Home Away from Home in the Mountains

Beautiful home right in the middle of all the activities offered in Sky Valley. You can hear the lovely chimes at night and see a great mountain view from your front porch. You're a walk away from some beautiful waterfalls. It was a great place to have our family together for the holidays! It had all our cooking needs and was very warm and cozy. I can't say enough about the wonderful time all of our family had while we were there!

Beautiful home. Well furnished with all that you need. Great location in Sky Valley. Only gave 4 star overall because my family said all mattresses upstairs were very uncomfortable. Need replacing.

Came for a week to investigate this area for possible summer refuge from the Florida heat. Beat all expectations. Wonderfull house, cool weather and a great environment. Both my wife and I could not have been happier with our choice to come to Sky Valley. All representations of the property were accurate. Location was perfect.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it is one of our favorite in Sky Valley. It works great for our family of 5 - clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It is on what is probably the busiest crossroads in Sky Valley so if you are looking for quiet it might not be the best option but we enjoy watching the action and being able to walk to the pool, tennis courts and weight room. The property manager also called us on the day of arrival to let us know we could checkin early - I really appreciated that.

Relaxing getaway

Three of us headed to Sky Valley to escape the stress of work, enjoy the surroundings and have a little retail therapy! This home is lovely. It has everything you could possibly need, and then some! The house and grounds were immaculate, furniture very comfortable, and the front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon libation while taking in the beautiful views. And after sunset, the back porch offers more time outdoors for dinner or charchuterie fixings or simply a game of cards. The owners and property manager were delightful and helpful and I am already looking at other dates for a return trip!

Family time in Sky Valley

It was our daughter, son and there spouses. We loved the place plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen had everything you could need. Spices, oils, coffee, baggies, aluminum foil. Everything was so nice and clean. Pool and jacuzzi right across from driveway. We played golf, walked to the beautiful Mud Cat falls. We ate at the Dillard House and it was delicious they even let you take some to go. We drove near by to two other falls in the Nantahala National Forest. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful home for a large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very accommodating and couldn’t have been any more helpful. They offered suggestions for things to do, places to eat, ect. This home has a beautiful view of the golf course and is very conveniently located in walking distance of the club house and course amenities. The home was fully stocked with anything that we needed. Coffee pots, to crockpots, roasting pans, serving trays, tea kettle, office supplies and much more! Everything was labeled and easy to find. The rooms had plenty of space and everything was neat and tidy. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and property

We stayed 4 nights at this property with our adult son and two dogs. Very spacious and well appointed. Some quirks included Berber carpets throughout which seem to have been soiled previously. The heating is not zoned leaving hot and cold areas in home. Light switches are oddly placed. Rules for checkout were somewhat heavy handed for guests

Most of the light switches are labeled, for clarity. The carpets are regularly spot cleaned and deep cleaned, as we allow pets. Simply Beautiful

Great property, Great location, and Perfect weather. Tried out Sky Valley to see if it might be a place to escape the Summer heat of Florida. Beat all expectations and we will be back in Sky Valley next year. Only major negative that nearly stopped us from coming back is not being able to eat or socialize at clubhouse. Members only, No to renters, Really makes us feel 2nd class. Overlooking this issue for one more visit because it is a beautifull area. Do not know past that.
