FARMHOUSE GITE 3 EPIS PAYS SOUS VOSGIEN IN ETUEFFONT, SLEEPS 9

In the Pays sous Vosgien, in a charming village, we will welcome you in our gĂźte, a pretty renovated farmhouse. We live at 150 M.
In front of the house, you can enjoy a terrace with deckchairs and an orchard with a trough where a spring flows; and at the back of the house, a closed paved and planted terrace.
We are in the process of setting up a bowling green, it is already usable, but not quite finished.
Private parking.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen-dining room; a large living room with 3 sofas including a BZ for two people, two armchairs and a sideboard; a bathroom ; WC; a boiler room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a cot; a bedroom with two 80x200 beds; a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, which can be brought together; a bathroom with shower and toilet; a play area for children with toys; and a small nap or reading corner on a sofa in an old iron bed. The cottage is also provided with books and games for children and adults.
Heating is extra.
Possibility of taking the cleaning package at the end of the stay for 70 euros. We also offer you household linen packages: € 8 for large beds, € 5 for small ones; € 8 for 2 large and 2 small towels.
You can take great walks or bike rides from the cottage. Or if you are a swimming enthusiast, we have a discoverable pool in the summer. If you are a golf lover, we have a golf course ten minutes away. We can also offer tennis with paying access, as well as downhill and cross-country ski trails 35 minutes from the village. We also have in the village a museum: The Forge Museum, which will make you discover the country life in our villages with the complete visit of a house, as well as the forge.
You will also find an on-site bakery, two medical houses and a pharmacy.

Trés bon séjour

Le gĂźte est trĂ©s propre, fonctionnel et agrĂ©able. Sa localisation nous a permis de dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion (Belfort, Ballon d'alsace, Colmar...). Nous avons poussĂ© mĂȘme la visite jusqu'en Suisse et en Allemagne. Il y a aussi de belles randonnĂ©es Ă  faire, avec de magnifiques paysages! TrĂ©s bon accueil de notre HĂŽte.

TrĂšs beau gĂźte

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gßte. La fermette a beaucoup de charme et elle est décorée avec soin. Elle est aussi trÚs bien équipée. Nathalie est une hÎte charmante.Le seul inconvénient c'est le chauffage électrique qui est énergivore (à prévoir dans le coût total) et qui ne chauffe pas de façon uniforme les piÚces, mais ce problÚme sera probablement réglé quand le chauffage géothermique sera réparé (il était en panne lors de notre séjour).

Kommunikation lief komplett auf Französisch.Die Gegend ist toll, fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge und Wanderungen. Es lag einiges an Schnee und wir haben fĂŒr 150 geheizt, waren aber auch zu 8 da und haben viel drinnen Brettspiele gespielt. Das Haus war schön, teilweise sogar etwas besser als auf den Fotos :)Super Ort weit weg von der Silvesterböllerei (es wurde in 7 Tagen nur 3 mal fĂŒr eine Minute gezĂŒndet).Gerne Wieder

5 vrienden fietsers op leeftijd maar nog vol van nieuwe uitdagingen . Doel de bergen beklimmen zonder afstappen Lokatie perfect, ruim nette en goede slaapkamers.

Casa muy acogedora y anfitriona excelente.

La casa resulta bastante mejor de lo que las fotografĂ­as dicen. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y Nathalie la anfitriona excelente. Su ubicaciĂłn nos ha permitido visitar la Alsacia e incluso Friburgo(Alemania). A 10 minutos hay Hipermercado y precios en lĂ­nea.

Mit viel Liebe renoviertes Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, nochmals Danke fĂŒr die köstliche Mirabellenmarmelade. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Onlinebeschreibung beschrieben. FĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus gibt es einen Tante Emma Laden mit frischen Baguettes, Pains au chocolat und Croissants. Merci beaucoup Nathalie !!

Ruhig und idyllisch

Das Haus ist urig und modern zugleich. Alles ist sauber und gemĂŒtlich hergerichtet. Die Gegend ist ruhig und abgelegen. Der Garten ist schön gestaltet und auch fĂŒr den Hund gibt es einen eingezĂ€unten Bereich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Extremely happy with this gite

The house is very spacious with ample crockery. We had fantastic communication with the owner who responded very quickly and was always available. Switzerland and Germany are within easy reach and the location is stunning. I 100% recommend this property and would definitely go back again.

Agréable mais ..

GĂźte agrĂ©able mais l’annonce est quelque peu faussĂ©e. Le chauffage n’est pas en sus mais la consommation Ă©lectrique totale du sĂ©jour est Ă  rĂ©gler Ă  la sortie des lieux. Une grande partie des chauffages et rĂ©glable par thermostat mais celui de la cuisine ne l’est pas et au vu de l’équipement il doit ĂȘtre energivore. La literie n’est pas de trĂšs bonnes qualitĂ©s, les matelas sont creusĂ©s. De plus le gĂźte est annoncĂ© 3 Ă©pis valider pour 6 personnes (certificat dans le gĂźte) mais pas pour plus, Ă  voir si cela influe sur le prix. Le logement reste bien situĂ© et agrĂ©able avec du charme mais attention Ă  bien dĂ©finir l’annonce pour ne pas se sentir lĂ©ser. Parfaite communication avec la propriĂ©taire.

Gßte superbe et trÚs bien aménagé. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour : le calme de la campagne, le terrain de boules, le jardin. La maison est trÚs bien équipée. Et la propriétaire est vraiment sympathique. Nous espérons y revenir l'année prochaine.
