Cedar Lodge: Lakefront Cabin - Wi-Fi, Free Firewood, Generator, No Cleaning Fee!

Cedar Lodge has been remodeled to include a second bathroom, central A/C, enlarged living room to include a gas fireplace and a large window overlooking the lake, a new kitchen with rustic hickory cabinets and new appliances, as well as new siding, windows and a lakeside deck. We tried to keep some of the original feel of the cabin to keep the quaintness that our guests have come to love and appreciate about Cedar Lodge over the years. Our repeat guests who came back to our newly remodeled cabin appreciated the many updates we've done since their last visit. We are confident our new guests who are coming for the first time will be just as happy to experience what Cedar Lodge has to offer. We would love to share our newly remodeled cabin with you as well.

There is much to appreciate at Cedar Lodge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lakeside deck as the sun comes up to start your day. Deer roaming the property and eagles soaring overhead are a common sight. Spend family time by the sandy beach area and share stories while sitting around the campfire – free firewood is provided. Take the 2 kayaks out for some fun on the lake. Fish from the private dock or take the rowboat out to catch your trophy fish. The new central air will keep you cool on those hot, humid, summer days. For cooler nights and our winter guests, the new gas fireplace will be a welcome spot to curl up in front of to enjoy the warmth it provides. Gather in the enlarged living room and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake from indoors.

The shoreline is described by many as the best fishing spot on this 544-acre lake. Pan fish are easily caught right off the dock. Muskie and bass are also frequently caught right out in front of the unit. The lake is fully recreational and has plenty of crappies, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. There is a newly-remodeled, heated fish cleaning house for you to use after a successful day of fishing!

Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too.

The St. Germain area is located halfway between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. An immaculate 18-hole golf course is located nearby along with another 9-hole course and a par-3 course. There are many Northwoods supper clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for a “night out” if cooking over the campfire isn’t your style.

**We do not charge you a cleaning fee!!

**After booking, we will contact you to confirm your information and answer any questions you may have. Instructions for check in will be emailed the day prior to your arrival.

**Dogs are considered for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two dogs... a separate invoice will be sent for the extra dog fee). Undisclosed pets will be charged a separate fee starting at $300. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds without proper furniture protectors. It is the Renter’s responsibility to provide and use appropriate protectors if your dog is accustomed to being on furniture and/or beds. Due to allergies, cats are not allowed.

**There is an outdoor camera mounted on the back of the cottage facing the driveway that is used for security purposes only – no audio is recorded, video only. There is a sign posted as you enter the grounds stating there are surveillance cameras in use.

**Whole-cabin backup generator to ensure you won't be without power during your vacation in case storms pass through the area!!!

**Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment in case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in a change of plans.
