Fully self contained, 2 bedroom suite on the lower level of our family home.

Air-conditioned with wifi and Netflix.

Centrally located. 5 minutes to Westfield Garden City, Brisbane City, QEII Hospital and Griffith University are all within 14 minutes drive. QSAC can be found 7 minutes away along with the Gabba 12 minutes drive.

Situated in a quiet residential street, various takeaways nearby, with the Southern Cross Club a 5 minute stroll.


Check in is via lockbox. Please note entry to the suite is via the shared garage, requiring you to walk through Bedroom 1 to access the living area.

Street parking available.

The washing machine is conveniently located in the bathroom, with dryer located in the garage.

Phoebus Guest Retreat

PETA was a beautiful friendly host. The retreat was beautiful. Tasteful decor. Very comfortable bed and everything thing I needed. I could have moved in and lived there. I would highly recommend this retreat

Brisbane Visit

The property was conducive for a short or long term stay as it has all the stuffs you need just like your own normal house setting. It was great as it is within quiet neighborhood and Coles and Woolworths are nearby . The owner was accommodating and responsive to concerns. Overall, it was a big thumbs up.
