Escape to our Ground Floor Hidden Gem! Our condo, nestled in a 4-unit building on the ground floor, features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a remodeled kitchen with newer appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a washer & dryer, a large comfy couch, and a 65” smart TV with Netflix. Free WiFi and board games are included! It's a 15-minute flat walk to downtown or a quick 3-minute drive. Complimentary covered parking is provided, and the front door has an electronic keypad for 24/7 access.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area allows you to be everywhere at once! Cook, watch games at the kitchen table, chat at the kitchen bar, or enjoy a movie on the 65" smart TV (Netflix available, no cable). Fast WiFi keeps you connected.
The tranquil master bedroom features two lamps, a queen bed, a 32" smart TV with DVD player, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The cozy guest room offers a full bed, twin bed, and a pull-out mattress for the 6th guest, provided in the closet. Plenty of storage and hanging space is available. The full bathroom is conveniently located just across the room.
Relax in the small backyard facing the main road, where you can enjoy complimentary coffee. We provide linens, towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for your convenience.
Our condo has A/C in the main living areas, with fans available for extra cooling in the bedrooms.
We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $50 pet fee per dog. Please reach out with any questions!
