Charming & spacious 1000 square feet, fully & comfortably furnished. Flat screen TV with Roku, dedicated wifi, complete kitchen ready to use, washer & dryer, full bathroom, wonderful deck that overlooks the large yard with gardens, grill , and pizza oven. This apartment is on the second floor of a 1922 home that was converted into 3 apartments in the 60s. It is located in San Antonio's Deco District, about 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to the medical center or airport. Woodlawn Park & lake is about 8 blocks away, perfect walking neighborhood. For pets there is a monthly cash fee of $100.

Comfortable, easily accessible to all of San Antonio. There is a large park nearby with a small lake and wailking/jogging path.
What makes this property unique
This property is just over 100 years old. The mulit-level deck is huge, and there are lots of large shade trees. We have a bbq grill and a wood-fired, brick pizza oven.
