我們的房子位於台南市區中心，距離台南火車站約700公尺，搭火車來的朋友輕鬆步行就可以到達。如果是開車的朋友，民宿旁30公尺就有收費停車場。想搭公車往返府城各個知名景點，88安平線或99台江線都有站牌設置在民宿附近，一樣，輕鬆步行可及。想要享受古都慢遊的旅人們，亦可利用台南共享單車 T-Bike 穿梭。台南市區主要景點集中，彼此間距離均在5~600公尺內，步行或騎乘單車都是不錯的選擇。
這是一棟四層樓的街屋，外觀維持最初興建時的紅磚外觀，古味十足並不失現代感。本房型為其中一間房間，為四人房，有獨立的衛浴設備，並備有兩張雙人床、小客廳空間及冰箱, 採光良好，空間寬敞舒適。讓您與友人的旅程中, 亦能有充份的空間休息。
