The property was wonderful perfect location. The pool and grill looked great although we did notuse it because it rained. The kids enjoyed "their bedrooms" and the awesome games. I am definitely getting this property again when we come to visit.

This was our third stay in this house in Jacksonville. Such a welcoming hostess and we find her house to be so comfortable and accommodating. Twice I’ve stayed with just my mom and my sister - once with a family group of 8 for a wedding and all three times we had such wonderful stays. The neighborhood is well kept up and safe and the neighbors we’ve encountered as we’ve taken walks are very friendly. This time we cooked and ate in for almost the whole 5 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer worked great, we have access to the garage and kept our car in there. TVs in every room. We would highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay

The listing was very accurate. The spaces were well decorated with modern art. The home was very close to the neighbors who had a dog. Every time someone would go on the enclosed back porch the dog would bark.

April’s home was quite relaxing and lovely. It looks exactly as in the photos. It is very well taken care of and the view of the wooded area behind the home is lovely. Many little extras were available and April was very responsive to any questions asked.

Weekend Trip

We had a great stay, the house had a wonderful layout plenty of room for the grandchildren, close to the zoo. The house comfortable and back porch and yard was a great place to relax after a day at the zoo. I definitely would stay again. The hostess had given a lot of thought to the possible needs of the guest and it made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Family Reunion in Jax

This is a wonderful 4 bedroom house that exceeds the pictures posted. Everything we needed for 6 adults and 2 small children. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, super short commute to the airport, comfy beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

Convenient location to airport, responsive owner!

We had a great stay with teens and adults celebrating a 70th birthday in FL. Home has been updated since pictures have been taken with some funky and fun decor - it had fun vibes. We had a couple very minor issues but April was very quick to respond and easy to work with. House can not be more convenient to the airport - less than 10 minutes without even getting on the highway (which was convenient with a couple different airport pick-ups). Great to have TVs in all the bedrooms to relax at night. Quiet location at the end of the cul-de-sac and no neighbor on one side.

Our host, April, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, she was quick to respond, kind, and very attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to take care of anything we needed. The house was perfect — clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which made cooking and relaxing feel just like home. The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the airport and close to everything we wanted to do.She was so sweet and thoughtful — you can tell she really cares about her guests. Thank you again, April, for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend your place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

Good location with regards to airport proximity. The coffee and snacks are a nice touch. The rules of the home are cumbersome but understandable. We were told in the rules that we would be removed if a noise complaint was made against us. However, there was loud music blasting from somewhere in the neighborhood until at least 2 am that we could hear while in the house. When I sent the host a message as well as a text, I received no reply until the next morning. We slept very little. It was just interesting how we would be removed from the property according to the rules for loud noise but apparently if we are bothered by loud noise, the host is nowhere to be found. We weren’t there to party so it having a party did not matter to us. We just wanted to sleep.

Perfect for us!

This is the second time we have rented this property and it worked so well for us again. This time we brought more family with us as we were all attending a wedding in Jacksonville. The proximity to the airport was super helpful as people arrived and departed at different times/days and we weren’t too far from the beach either (we went 3 of the 5 days we were there!). Having 4 bedrooms was so convenient and every room was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the added touches like having a power strip/charging station on every nightstand by each side of the bed and a tv in each room - great for times when people needed to get away from the big group and rest. We also loved that everything we needed that randomly came up was there - things like not only an iron and ironing board but even wrinkle release spray. The host provided plenty of garbage bags and paper products as well as laundry needs and soaps. They thought of everything. We highly recommend this property and will rent again if the need arises we visit Jacksonville. Thank you April!

Jacksonville vacation

We had an exceptional stay. My family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out. Great sleeping arrangements. Ample seating throughout the house. Most importantly, the house was clean and orderly. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like homely! We were in close proximity to everything we needed. Close to the highway for easy trips downtown and the beach. Looking forward to future stays.

If you are thinking about booking this property...just do it! The property was very cozy. I felt at home and that's very rare for me to say as a person who doesn't like to stay away from home. The space was very clean and organized. The host is very thoughtful with items found in the house such as umbrellas, board games etc. The check in process was smooth and Ms. April is awesome. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when in the area.
