Brockworth Cottage -Charming Character with Modern Amenities

Our lovely little cottage, located 1.5kms from Christchurch City Centre, 50mtrs from Hagley Park, and close to Addington Railway Station is fully furnished with up to date interior. Separate laundry. Reverse-cycle air-conditioner that works very well in summer and winter. Outdoor decking looks over the ponds. Very quiet and private (no through traffic) with just the odd rumble of a few passing trains (about 3 mins in total per day).

Quiet cottage in a central location

Lovely cottage in an excellent location, we enjoyed breakfast in the garden on a warm day and were cosy inside when it snowed!

Christchurch villa

Enjoyed our stay here. Great modern kitchen with everything we needed. Nice layout into lounge / dining area so could do separate activities while being together. Only issue was doors being a liitle stuck as expected with an older villa. Location is very central - walked across park to explore downtown - but still provide a quiet retreat. Would definitely stay here again
