About this property

Ocean Front View 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo, with 1,186 sf. Extraordinary Gulf views from the Great Room and Kitchen. Panoramic views from both bedrooms of Memorial Causeway and the Intracoastal Waterway. Kitchen has been upgraded with appliances, granite counter tops and maple cabinetry, and washer and dryer. Condo is turnkey, complete with linens, dishes and cooking utensils. Amenities are extensive, including Billiard, Exercise and Sauna Rooms, and a Heated Pool overlooking the Gulf. Only a short walk to our sugar sand beach, shops, restaurants, Pier 60 and a Playground. Gated complex with 24 x 7 security
