The location is in a quiet part Gulf Blvd and was what I was hoping for. The beach view is amazing. Jerry responded quickly to all my questions. There isn't an in unit washer and dryer, which is a little inconvenient. There is only one vended washer and dryer located across the hall from the unit, but is in use often. The residents are very friendly. Other than some needed minor updates, this place is a gem. I enjoyed my stay and willbe coming back.

Wonderful!!

Property was very nice with a wonderful view!! Very clean and well appointed. Owner was very responsive to any questions /concerns. I’m going back to this unit next time I travel.
