Was great to have a garage for the car. Had to use to gas heaters as the house was a bit cold for us coming from our warmer home climate. The third bedroom is located in the garage, which was unfortunate since it was so removed from the upstairs bedrooms and far from the bathroom. House of clean and host was very responsive to messages.

Hi Jodi we're pleased you enjoyed your winter holiday here. In winter it might be zero degrees outside but the underfloor heating is set to 23 degrees in living areas and bathroom. There are wall heaters in each bedroom and we also provide an extra two oil heaters. Strangely enough our current guests message me last night to say theyre too warm true story. The third bedroom is not in the garage but attached to the garage as outlined
in our apartment description it is a lovely room.
You get the whole house to yourself!! 2 large beds and bedrooms upstairs and one with 2 twins downstairs, stocked clean bath and kitchen, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, more. Host was so responsive and helpful-great suggestions and help. Loved the place. FYI- the 1 bathroom is upstairs but the host has installed motion sensor lighting which is perfect. Great place!
Very comfortable and well appointed.
Perfect if visiting or attending a function or event at local vineyards and tour locations.
Robyn kept in touch at every step. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay.
We enjoyed our stay thank you Robyn. The house was very cosy, a huge bed and lovely fresh linens and plenty of towels. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger or seperate toilet especially with 4 of us staying there. But wouldn’t deter booking here again.

Hi Sally thanks for your kind words they are appreciated. We're pleased you enjoyed your stay thats great! Regarding bathroom it is as described in our listing along with photos no one has mentioned the bathroom being too small before. Warm wishes, Robyn
Great location, close enough to Queenstown but far enough out to relax with mountain views. We even got the added bonus of waking up to snow one morning! The house was well stocked with everything needed for a great break, and toasty warm. Thanks Robyn :)

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Misleading online listing
The listing indicated there was a hot spa, to which we were very much looking forward after days of skiing. However, the property did not include such a spa.
The owner insisted this was the platform's responsibility, not theirs. They were unwilling to reach any compromise or make adjustments, placing the harm on us - the innocent individuals who booked their property based on the online description.
Hugely disappointing!!

John and I are now retired. John was a builder he built our house and attached Apartment. The Apartment is attached but completely separate from our house - we more than often don't even see our guests leaving them to themselves, however, we are next door if you need help with anything. The Apartment is furnished with Bnb comforts in mind, it is fully equipped and all bedding including the duvets are washed after each group of guests so you know you're sleeping in a fresh bed. Towels are provided. Netflix.
Why they chose this property
The Apartment is comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious. The internal access garage is a real bonus especially in cooler months so you can just drive in out of the weather. Underfloor heating keeps the living area toastie in winter months and all bedrooms have heaters. The Apartment is in a quiet kiwi neighbourhood. 8 minutes from airport, 10 minutes to Arrowtown, 15 minutes to central Queenstown, 15 minutes to Gibbston Valley and 45 minutes to Wanaka. Also central to the ski fields located between Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski fields. Previous guests always comment on the cleanliness of our Apartment we are very particular and have everything spotless for your stay - just as we would want it to be if we were staying in it.
What makes this property unique
Underfloor heating, internal access garage, easy access, Netflix, quiet and safe neighbourhood. We provide our guests with our Top 10 must see and dos that are either free or reasonably priced - for us it's about the beautiful scenery and letting you know where the best places are to visit with limited time.
