HUMMINGBIRD HIDEAWAY - Your Home Away From Home!

The apartment is located on a gated property approximately 10 miles north of Greenville, Texas and an hour outside of the DFW Metroplex. We are nestled amongst 10 acres of woods and pasture.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a detached building next to the main house on the property. This fully-furnished one-bedroom home includes a full size kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The home encompasses 850 sq. ft of living space overlooking the woods from a balcony deck.
Heat and AC is climate controlled for each room of the apartment by remote controls located in the living room and bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well, and tankless water heaters provide a stream of continuous hot water for the apartment. Other amenities include, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, and a KitchenAid Mixer.

We had a wonderful time. The location was nice and easy to locate. We had a pleasant time feeding the horses treats and enjoying the country. We had no problem communicating with the property management and got quick responses when needed. Thanks again for a great property.

Great Weekend Hideout

Super clean property with tons of amenities in the rental. Great for a weekend escape of rest and relaxation. We loved everything about it. The property owners are awesome. Great communication. I highly recommend this property.

Came to Greenville for grandchildren graduations. Do not get a hotel! Book the Hummingbird Hideaway. It was well equipped and met every need. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. It's located in a peaceful and safe setting. You will not be disappointed.

What a trip!!!!

My stay here, was absolutely worth it. This place brought warmth and happiness to my heart because my girls got to be a part of my vacation. We had so much fun watching movies playing games. Anything that we could think of. I will always come back to this certain place. It is a home away from home!

Absolutely Fabulous

This is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in and the owners are delightful. The rental was modern and had everything we needed. It was perfect for two. The deck/balcony looks out over beautiful trees with horses right below in the pasture. Lots of natural light and easy access to Greenville, Wolfe City, Leonard, Celeste. Highly recommend if you’re visiting family in the area and just want your own place. This was definitely better than a hotel. Would definitely rent again if ever up that way.

Terrific Stay

I had an amazing weekend visiting the Hummingbird. I booked for a weekend of peace & quiet. The Hummingbird was so relaxing and had all of the bells & whistles in technology, USB chargers, Amazon, Netflix etc log in (no need to bring your firestick). I enjoyed evenings petting the horses & watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree from my own private balcony. It was great to meet the owners and I loved hearing their story of how Hummingbird came to be. The owners live in a separate home so lots of privacy for you & your guest. I cant wait to get back. Thank you!

Hiding Out in the Hideaway!

My husband and I visited Greenville for our granddaughter's 6th birthday party and stayed in Kevin and Renee's lovely carriage apartment. Wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and away from it all, you will not regret the opportunity to visit here. Jake and Sunny, the owners' horses will welcome you! You will find everything you need here from a fully stocked kitchen, TVs in the living and bedroom, backyard balcony and trees all around. Communication with the owners was excellent. Put this property on your list! Would love to return!

My daughter booked this for me. Thank you, darl'n! Staying at Hummingbird Hideaway is amazing! I felt like I was staying in a five star luxury suite. I visited my daughter and her family in Greenville. My daughter and I were very comfortable with my 3-year-old granddaughter playing inside and out. She loved petting the horses! The photos are amazing. In-person the place is even better. I feel privileged to have been a guest of this wonderful place. Hummingbird Hideaway is my first and final choice of place to stay when visiting Greenville!
