Come enjoy this beautiful 1 bedroom condo at Red Pine condo complex conveniently located at the base of Park City Canyons Resort.

This cozy condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom contains a king bed with a brand new mattress and new bedding with under-bed storage. The over sized sleeper couch pulls out to a queen. There is one bathroom, in-unit laundry and and an additional couch in the living room. A gas fireplace situated just below the mounted 54" LCD TV (Netflix included!) in the living area heats the entire condo. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your every meal. Relax on our private patio space (outdoor grill included) with golf course view. Enjoy hassle-free direct condo check-in with key-less entry.

Located just 30 miles from SLC Int'l Airport. There is public bus that goes from downtown Salt Lake City to Park City. The condo is within an hour's drive of Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude and other ski areas. Less than 10 minutes drive to Downtown Park City and just a 3 minute walk to free public shuttle that goes everywhere within Park City limits (including Whole Foods supermarket in Kimball Junction). Walk to Canyons Village which offers restaurants, bars, nightlife, free concerts, shops, kids' activities and the Canyons Resort Golf Club.

Enjoy countless activities for every season just outside our door step including world-class skiing and riding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, golf, hiking, walking/running trails, and Downtown Salt Lake City is just a half hour away.

Red Pine Condo complex has recently undergone an extensive renovation which saw the inclusion of 4 new tennis courts and a new outdoor hot tub. In the winter the lower pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees. In the summer there are 2 beautiful outdoor pools, as well as a kiddies pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna and a party room. Our unit is just a short 1-minute walk to the Clubhouse area and 6 minutes walk to the Canyons' Cabriolet or take one of the FREE and frequent shuttles to the Canyons' lifts, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort or Historic Main Street in downtown Park City.

Great location

Amazing location and well equipped. Very comfortable couches and bed. It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. A little noisy on the bottom floor but that is to be expected sometimes with vacation rentals with units above them. The complex has nice amenities. The VRBO host was wonderful and communicative, but the actual property manager left a little to be desired (they will call and not leave a message, and if you call them back it goes to an answering service that they will not respond to. We also had issues getting a broken/melted toaster replaced. They called us at 710am the morning of checkout to ask when we were leaving, checkout wasn’t until 10).

Property was adequate but needs some money spent on it! The toaster is a disgrace and the sofa bed was very droopy. Finally, most annoyingly, the sound transmission from people above walking around was awful. We could accurately follow their movements all around the condo and the noises were loud enough to wake us up in the morning! Not sure what can be done about that except thicker carpeting in the condo above. Overall convenient to the slopes with the shuttle service, but would benefit from some updating if guests are to pay top dollar as is the case.

Great Location

The location was great, halfway between the Canyons lifts and the bus stop over to downtown Park City (~10 min walk to both, carrying ski gear). Would definitely come back here when skiing Canyons or Park City.

Great spot close to Canyons lifts

This was a great spot for me and my 12 year old son and his friend to stay for a week of skiing at Canyons. It had all we needed and nothing we didn't. A short walk or shuttle ride to the lifts and tv, kitchen and comfy bed for afterwards. The clubhouse pool and hot tub were just across the road and were great after a day of skiing.

For The Mountain Bike Trails

This location is near the Canyon trails, and a short drive to Park City, and Deer Valley trails/lifts. Also near paved trails. The place was cozy and perfect for our stay. The pool and hot tub access were nice. Would stay again.

Great location

Cute property. Needs some updates. Bed really comfortable. Bathroom very small. Sink extremely low height. water pressure good. Last night there the upstairs neighbors shower heavily leaked thru our ceiling.. Hard to get in touch with management. This is not fault of the property owner. Pool close by.

Nice place but had a few problems

Overall not too bad but we did have some issues.The glassware and pots and pans were absolutely disgusting. We had to scrub the pans to use them and didn’t even bother with the glasses. We just went out and bought some solo cups. I took pictures of the pans and glasses just in case anyone wants to see them. The sink in the bathroom had some foul odor coming from it and two of the doors would not close and latch. The one to the closet was no big deal but the one to the bathroom would not latch and kept swinging open. One of the buttons on the microwave would not work (the 1 button)

Basic Condo

You will hear ALL/ANY movement from the unit above! All 1 bedroom units are on the first floor - I would not rent any 1 bedroom in this condo complex again. The walk from the Cabriolet Lift is .4 miles UPHILL - do not feel it is walkable in ski boots and hauling ski equipment. We drove to the lift. The king bed was very comfortable. Small but useful washer/dryer. LOVED the club house with outdoor pool/hot tub.

Great ski condo

Great location in the Canyons Village area. Condo had everything we needed for our ski trip. We enjoyed the two sofas and large tv for watching Warren Miller movies at night. There was a Roku device, so we just connected to our Amazon Prime account. Wifi was great and bed was comfortable. We were also just a couple minutes from Kimball Junction which had grocery stores and restaurants and a few minutes from Park City, too.

We stayed with our two teenaged children and it was a comfortable space. The king size bed was super comfortable but would have preferred improved comfort on the pull out couch. The kids ended up sleeping on each couch instead of the pullout couch bed- glad to have that option! Kitchen essentials were all provided for us to cook for ourselves easily which was great. However we had to wash everything before use because the cleaning of the unit before us was not well done. General cleaning of the unit could be improved to minimize dust; carpets need a thorough cleaning. The manager and owner responded to needed requests very timely and appropriately. Overall the unit was comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This one bedroom villa is located right in the middle of a ski resort. Everything you need to be self sufficient in the kitchen and a super cozy king sized bed! Highly recommend!

The owner was very good to work with. We had a window that wouldn’t lock and a manager was sent right away to secure that. The condo could have been a little cleaner (unswept kitchen floor and sticky nightstand) and I wasn’t sure if the extra pillow cases were clean, as they were wadded up in the drawer. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay, especially the setting.

Quiet condo in an easily accessible area. There were only 3 of us, and we were on the go every day, so it worked out ok. Wouldn't have wanted to sleep 2 on the pull out couch...

Great location, with all the amenities that you need for a fun stay. Easy access to the Park City downtown and to the base of the Canyons ski resort where there are many fun activities. If you want to go to Salt Lake City you are only 30 minutes to the Salt Lake area and airport. If you are using this condo in the winter, my stay was a summer stay, your just minutes from the ski lift. I highly recommend these renters.

Park City has something for everyone for every season and the Red Pines complex is the perfect location to enjoy everything that Park City has to offer. We are obsessed with this location given it looks out at the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course and minutes from the Cabriolet gondola taking you up to the base of Canyons Village. The grounds here are immaculate and the condo is situated in a very private corner of the property with beautiful surroundings. Being from Boston, what drew us to Park City is how convenient it is to get to when compared to other western ski areas; Park City is just a short 30 mile ride (all highway) from SLC airport. We love this location and know you will too!

What makes this property unique

Strap into your ski/snowboard boots in the condo in front of the fireplace and ski down the 13th fairway of Canyons Golf (right behind the condo) down to the Cabriolet gondola.

Red Pines clubhouse is perfect for recharging after an epic day on the slopes - equipped with heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Just 100 yards from condo doorstep!
