Your vacation Get Away here in Sebastian Florida is a detached Guest House on private property. The roof line connects the main house to the guest house. Guests have plenty of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy in the private backyard with a heated Salt Water Pool. Sit back, have some wine and grill, if you'd like.
The guest house is a 1-bedroom en suite with a queen size bed, TV and plenty of closet space. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Large shower area. There's a sitting area with a breakfast table for 2 where you can enjoy some of the tea or coffee that is provided. Sitting room also has mini fridge, keurig coffee maker, microwave, and 2 TVs, one in the sitting room the other is in the bedroom, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ channels are included, 300 square ft plus the great outdoors, BBQ area and pool patio area.

When guests check out, each room is deep cleaned and ready for the next guests!

We have a nice notebook of area referrals, for guests to browse over and are always happy to recommend anything else you'll need while exploring our area!
Sebastian is called " The Best Kept Secret, on the Treasure Coast" it's a great little town, quiet and friendly, it is noted for fishing, surfing and skydiving, all of these are located close by.
Often the skydivers jump and you can see them from the pool area, beautiful sight to see!
*** For those that love to fish or just cruise on your boats, the driveway easily parks a 24’ boat with a full size truck!
Beach bag with everything you need, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.

Honeymooners Delight

Absolutely wonderful!

Sunshine Haven was absolutely perfect for me. I had privacy, quiet and everything that I needed. I saw Pat infrequently however when I reached out Pat's response time was immediate. I highly recommend Sunshine Haven and I think it is perfect for one person.

lovely stay

Pat was a gracious hostess. This was our first visit; I was a bit taken by surprise on arrival to find folks playing in the pool, but figured it out pretty quickly. She didn't know us, and had her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law over to provide "air cover" just in case we turned out to be something other than promised. And we don't begrudge that one bit. The guest house was clean, well-kept, delightful, in a really nice neighborhood. We'll be back.

We are retire and have lived in this home for almost 30 years. I like flower gardening and we love our salt water heated pool! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, there is plenty of foliage and nature to enjoy. The Guesthouse is newly redecorated, pretty much everything you need, is provided, to make it Like "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME" FEELING!

Why they chose this property

From the moment we saw this home, we loved it! Especially, the that the "Guesthouse" was private from the main house, through the years countless friends and family have enjoyed staying with us. I really enjoy being a Hostess and I do everything possible to make sure my Guests are comfortable and have what they need! This property is our "Sunshine Haven," even with the recent pandemic going on, it's feels like a safe and private place, tucked away in our quiet little town, of Sebastian Florida

What makes this property unique

Pool is right outside the Guesthouse doors. Pool noodles are provided. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas, including 3 lounge chairs and also a large picnic table available for use. BBQ Grill can be used upon request. Also solar garden lighting, for peaceful evenings poolside.
