BRAND new cottage completed July 2019. A spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and large living area for families. Located on the North Shore in a quiet subdivision located a minute to the Brackley Beach National Park. A beach pass is included to the National park for anyone who’s staying at the cottage! There are many activities close by including famous golf courses, dinning, biking, fishing, and many more. Recently received our Tourism PEI license and a 4 star rating by Canada Select!!!

A wonderful beach holiday in PEI

This cottage is the perfect place for a family holiday in beautiful PEI. It is just minutes from one lovely beach, and an easy drive to several others. The cottage is bright, well-furnished and very clean. There is plenty of seating in the living room and eating areas, as well as all the kitchen equipment necessary. I found Ellen to be very hospitable. All in all, a great time!

Fantastic

We had a great stay. Beautiful cottage and location. The cottage was very well prepared for us and housed the seven of us very comfortably. The owners have created a book that explain how certain things in the cottage work as well as give great tips for local attractions along with personal experience for an added touch. Was very thoughtful. Amazing beach less than 5 minutes away. Convenience of Charlottetown only 20 minutes away and Cavendish 30 minutes away. The only thing we missed was having a pool that we could just run to from our home base. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Would totally stay here again!!!

We loved this place and were super happy with everything! Everything was amazingly clean. The house smelled good. The beds were comfortable. There were black out shades in the bedrooms! The The kitchen had some of our favorite tools that most vacation rentals don’t have, including a stainless steel fry pan, stainless steel pot with steamer insert, and a salad spinner! The furniture was comfortable. Loved how the island in the kitchen could seat all five of us. The house is in a great location! There was even an unexpected view of some water from the house that was delightful! What a find! We would totally stay here again.

Lovely cottage near Brackley beach

We booked this cottage several months ago and found the entire experience very easy. The cottage was exactly as described. Everything is lovely and clean and it worked perfectly for our extended family group of 6. I would highly recommend it to someone wanting to be in this area of the island. (By the National Park with great beaches, but 25 to 30 minute drive to Charlottetown and more commrrcial areas, about 15 minutes to the airport) Thank you to Ellen and Matt!

It did not meet our expectations, it EXCEEDED our expectations!!

This 4 bedroom cottage is far more than a cottage, it's a beautiful house, fully furnished with a perfectly stocked kitchen, 1 km from our favorite beach, Brackley. Our communication was with Ellen and was always prompt and pleasant. We travelled with 4 children 5 and under, one being a 9 month old. This house had every baby item needed. Crib, playpen, highchair, booster, bed rail etc....The kitchen had everything needed as well and when I say everything, I mean everything. When we walked in, we could not believe our eyes. The pictures do not do the listing justice. We arrived after dark, Ellen had turned on the lights, set the table for breakfast and made the house a home. After 17 hours on the road, we sincerely appreciated the special touch. We stayed 14 nights and the memories made there will never be forgotten. We will be back! Thank you.
