Tiverina Park is set between Clare Valley and Burra, nestled amongst a large, park-like garden. We boast a beautiful wood-fired hot tub and separate pizza oven with paddock views, gas BBQ, two outdoor dining settings and a fire pit for sole relaxation. For those seeking more action, we have a basketball ring and a separate games room, with billiards and table tennis, on-site. Our property is eco-friendly, with solar, rainwater, and septic systems.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Turn off electric blankets, aircon, wood-fire fan, white fridge in pantry (if used) and leave door open for ventilation
Take all your household rubbish with you, as there is not council collection. There are public bins at Mount Bryan, which can be found roughly 10-15 mins into your trip home (you will drive past).
Please wipe down hot tub, BBQ and/or pizza oven (if used) for hygiene reasons. A $50 cleaning fee will incur if this is not respected.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
