Our country home/lodge is nestled on several secluded acres of meadow and woodland. Our large field is home to wildflowers and wildlife. The large bay windows and large porch allow for the most relaxing atmosphere inside and out! The home has a full patio , along with a custom built fire pit and comfortable chairs surrounding.
*Gas grill, lawn games, and trail walk all complement a relaxing retreat to country living.
*Bicycle along through the Salem County farm country.
*Canoeing and kayaking in the Salem River.
*Horse back riding/ horse care can be arranged nearby.

Even better than expected

A group of six adults stayed for three days, two nights. The lodge was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. It was lovely, cozy and well stocked for all our needs. The host was attentive and available with one text.

Private and Cozy

We had a wonderful few days stay at this very private and cozy house, it is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel like you are home. Hanging out in the back yard was very calming. There were does and bucks running in and out of the woods behind the house, so beautiful to watch. The host and hostess were very fast to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book with them again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Wedding weekend

My husband and I got married in September and needed a home to rent for family in the area. There wasn’t many options as Elmer’s a small town. Just as we thought they would have to travel up north for a hotel we found this hidden gem! The owners were very nice and even called to let us know there would be the annual fall festival in town, warning us there could be traffic. It made my wedding truly special to have all my family members in the same house again. Would highly recommend as the home was very clean and had plenty of fun activities from the bonfire pit and yard games to the basement with pool and ping pong. Thank you again for making our wedding weekend so special!
