This smart floorpan set in a peaceful and family-oriented community is perfect for one person, multiple couples or an entire family.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including soaking tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet is split from the other two bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. Each bedroom features luxury king mattresses and stylish furnishings with brand new Roku TVs for all your favorite streaming subscriptions.

An open den with futon provides additional space for smaller people to sleep at night, or a study or game area during the day. The open concept floorpan connects the fully-stocked kitchen to the great room with 65" smart TV and a big, comfy sectional with a large "snuggler" seat on one end and chaise lounge on the other. There's ample dining space at the kitchen bar and dining nook, plus outdoor dining in the lush and well-lit backyard and patio, complete with BBQ grill and fresh oranges in season.

Freeway access is about 10 minutes to reach all your favorite sporting or cultural events in the Phoenix Metro area, or enjoy limitless dining, shopping and entertainment venues nearby.

Excellent experience. The home was well stocked, clean, convenient to everything, the great parks, the grocery stores and dining. It was perfect that we got to use the garage, to store our “toys” that we brought along. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Definitely would recommend this stay!

Great location, nice new house

We stayed here for a wedding in Dec, so didnt take much advantage of the pool and surroundings, but it was very clean, comfortable, excellent location for getting places on major toads and highways, stores etc. The house flowed well for our family of 2 couples, a baby and 3 other adult children. We did take the bikes and run to the duck pond in the quiet neighborhood. Bekki was quick to take care of communications and needs when we had some needs :) A 4 to us represents really good service.
