Windsor Town centre gated en-suite property with parking & lift. 21 day minimum
Our lovely two double bedroom flat is in a gated development, which is a couple of minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The property has a lift so easy access for all.
It is bright and spacious with 2 double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and has one allocated parking space and visitors parking.
Walk through the front door and down the corridor and the first bedroom is on the right hand side. It is a double bedroom, with built in wardrobes and a large storage cupboard. It is a lovely bright room with views to the rear of the property.
Walk further down the corridor, and the Master en-suite bedroom is on the right. The room is large and spacious and we provide a fold up bed with mattress, which can be placed in the master bedroom if required. We do provide a travel cot for babies if required.
The en-suite is a good size with shower, toilet and sink. Again, there are very good sized built in wardrobes, so plenty of storage.
At the front of the building is the lounge, with double sofa bed,
a lovely arm chair and a new 42 inch flat screen TV. The dining area has lovely comfy chairs and seats 4 comfortably.
The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge freezer (all appliances are fully integrated Siemens appliances). There is a gas hob, oven and microwave, plus a good range of of cooking utensils and pans.
The property has hard wood floors throughout so is easy to keep clean.

We have been renting out holiday properties in the UK for 20 years. We live locally, so if there are any problems, we are a 15 minute drive away. We take pride in providing an excellent service to our customers.
Why they chose this property
When we first viewed the property, we loved the fact that it was so central to all the bars, restaurants and shops. It is such a quick walk to get to the Castle and all the history of Windsor. Its a lovely bright and spacious apartment and as there is a lift, there are no awkward stairs to navigate. The fact that it is a gate development means that you feel safe, and the allocated parking ensures you always have somewhere to park (which is a real challenge in Windsor). There is also visitors parking. The property has hard flooring, which means that in terms of cleaning regime, its great, as you won't have nasty germs lurking in carpets as there aren't any.
What makes this property unique
We love the location of the property. The town centre location is great so walking distance to everything. There are lots of really nice bars and restaurants nearby, a local shop, fish and chip shop etc all within 5 minutes walk. There is a dedicated parking space which is really useful as parking in Windsor can be tricky.
There is also visitors parking. It is in a gated development with entry phone system, so good and secure. The property is bright and spacious and modern. The en-suite bathroom is really useful, plus the main bathroom is also a good size, with a full sized bath.
