Explore our villa in Podstrana, a picturesque holiday enclave only 8 km from Split and 16 km from Omiš and the Cetina River. Enjoy the seamless fusion of seclusion and accessibility, with nearby beaches, shops, and eateries just a stroll away.

PROPERTY:
Indulge in the ultimate comfort and space at Villa CroAdria. Step into the outdoor oasis featuring a private 42m2 swimming pool, a sun deck complete with chairs and parasols, and an alfresco dining area with complimentary BBQ facilities.

Inside, the ground floor showcases a fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly flowing into the dining and living areas with direct access to the poolside dining area. With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – one on the ground floor and four upstairs – the villa offers abundant space for relaxation and privacy.

Savor panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the enchanting island of Brač from the two terraces. For active guests, our villa boasts a newly built half basketball court with equipment for basketball and badminton, catering to guests of all ages for sports and recreation.

Enjoy a pleasant temperature in the pool throughout your stay, as it's heated as required. Villa CroAdria offers the perfect blend of simplicity and luxury for an unforgettable retreat.

GUEST ACCES:
At Villa CroAdria, all amenities on the first floor, ground floor, and outdoor spaces are exclusively reserved for the private use of our guests. Additionally, a secured parking area is provided within the private property.

Please note: While the owner resides on the same lot in an extended part of the villa, the only shared space is the pathway through the parking area. This pathway allows the owner access to their private entrance, while guests have a separate private entrance.

Our owner diligently tends to the villa's surroundings daily, ensuring a pristine environment for guests. From cleaning the pool to clearing leaves from the grassy areas, every detail is meticulously attended to, making your stay smoother and more enjoyable.

Depending on availability, we are pleased to offer the convenience of early check-in and late check-out for your accommodation.

Additional services such as a private chef, massage therapist, and hairdresser can be arranged upon request.

Perfect place for à chill week in Croatia
House, garden and swimming-pool are very nice, exactly as it is on the pictures. Communication with Bruno was perfect during the whole trip. He has a lot of tips for his guests. I highly recomend this place if you plan to visit Split!
