A picturesque setting greets you this fenced-in island abode with front porch seating for 4. As you step inside, you will marvel over a beautifully restored home showcasing modern and cheery coastal decor. Cozy furnishings surround a flat screen TV steps away from a sparkling, fully equipped kitchen in this open space. Quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and indoor dining with bar seating make meal prep and happy hour crafting a fun loving, interactive experience! A built in desk provides a comfortable space for mapping out your island adventures. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located next to the front door of the home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The main house features two comfortable guest bedrooms with flat screen TVs. Two twins occupy the first level with a walk in glass shower nearby. The upstairs king master suite comes with an en suite full bathroom with a walk in glass shower as well. The poolside cottage comes with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with an outdoor shower steps away. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Go no further than your own private backyard to find your tranquil sanctuary. Soak up the island breeze, dine al fresco, enjoy an outdoor TV and cool off in the pool which comes heated in the cooler months. Croissants and lattes can be enjoyed at the Moon Dog Cafe next door.

PARKING...
Enjoy easy living as you park your bike or moped on the side of the home and come and go as you please.
This home does not have designated parking for a vehicle but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

PETS...
Pets up to 20 pounds are considered. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. We just got back from spending the month of October in Key West and this house was the highlight. The separate guest house was perfect for hosting family/friends and we ended up in the pool every night, watching football or baseball games (might be the highlight of my son's life...lol). This house is so close to the action of Duval, yet you hear nothing at night. It's also walkable to all the beaches...really just the perfect location. The beds are comfy and the house is super-charged on technology (sonos,alexia). When we did have questions, Brian (property manager) was quick to reply and resolve. DO NOT HESISTATE booking this house...I am so glad we did!

Summer Lovin it was Not

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 10th house we rented in KW.Pros.House is well appointed.Location was very good.Restaurant next door was convenient.Brian the manager of the house was terrific.Dog friendly.Cons.Pictures of house and actual house did not correlate. House is much smaller.No manual to help with appliances.House is primarily run by a computer. So when the computer went down, we did not have internet nor tv for 3 days. Also it runs the water which was shut off.Parking is a challenge.Restaurant next door plays music loud at 7 in the morning.Cleaning crew which I paid $600 was not satisfactory. Also related some things were missing so I suggest you check everything the first day.House was not comfortable for us except for master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rather give a bad review to save this home for myself and my wife....Ha!...but I can’t and wouldn’t! Can’t say anything bad,LMH is as described even better. Waterfall Pool is a small oasis in a peaceful location. Surprisingly very quiet. All amenities were high end from the Nieman Marcus LMH embroidered towels, appliances, Primo charcoal grill, to the Vitamix daiquiri blender....nothing was missed. The only thing "we" missed is we should have taken two months. Moon Dog Cafe next door was a convenient nightly bonus! Brian the property manager instantly responded to any questions, he was a pleasure to work with..for us the LMH is KW.Hope & plan to stay again!Cheers to the LMH!
