You are a brief bike ride to all the excitement that Key West promises but tucked in a serene refuge that fulfills all your needs for unwinding and decompressing.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
This updated and open concept home boasts all of the modern creature comforts, with over 2,000 square feet to indulge in intimate time together. Lounge in one of the seating areas with cozy furnishings and a wall mounted tv and dine together at the indoor dining table or kitchen island, sharing fond memories and famous fishing stories. Every conceivable amenity is at your fingertips in the gorgeous kitchen, promising culinary creations sure to delight the gang. If you need to plug into reality for a few minutes, settle down at the desk nook that offers full-speed internet and a quiet setting. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer space. This home offers a live streaming service for your tv enjoyment.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enjoy a primary bedroom with a luxurious ensuite shower bathroom and double vanity, and doors that open to the backyard. There is a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. The fourth bedroom features built-in bunks beds for the young members of the group. An additional bathroom with a shower resides nearby for everyone's convenience. The private cottage offers a king bed, mini-fridge, bar counter, comfortable seating and doors that open to the backyard with an additional sitting area. The bath inside the cottage has sink and toilet, and enjoy the large outdoor shower just outside the cottage. Two sofa sleepers reside in the main house for additional sleeping arrangements.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Luxuriate in your very private backyard oasis and sink into the giant size pool or catch up on your favorite novel in a lounge chair with a cocktail in hand. The tropical foliage and covered porch area with additional seating offer shaded respite and balmy breezes. A grill invites you to toss on fresh catch while your loved ones splash around in cooling waters. The pool comes heated during the winter months and can be chilled upon request during the warmer months. This home is seconds away from the Riviera boat ramp making your off shore adventures a breeze.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Awesome house in Key West!

We had such an amazing time at Oasis South! The house was beautiful, all newly remodeled, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need or want! The pool was amazing and the location was great! We were a 5-10 min drive from anything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. This house was great for any age and very, very nice. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West!

Great Family Key West Vacation

We loved everything about Oasis South and Key West. Spent an entire week with my family, which included my mom and my two young boys. The house is impeccable, extremely clean, and completely updated. There is everything you need inside and out, including the brand new 6 passenger golf cart and the pool was perfect for the entire family. The Property Manager was very helpful and responsive and I cannot recommend this property highly enough for anybody who needs a very nice place to stay while they’re in Key West…we will definitely stay here again. Wanted to stay longer, was already rented!

Clean and modern interior. Kitchen pans and accessories were plentiful and top notch, tons of plates and glassware. An additional half-size fridge was great for stocking with beverages. Large grill by pool received plenty of use. Cottage was terrific bonus for visiting friends and relatives. Heated pool was fantastic and was one of the larger ones we saw in Key West. Pool on south side of house so got all day sun. Cuban coffee shop 1 block away great stop for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and coffee. We all joined the gym next door to the coffee shop for our one month visit. We used the driveway for our car but on street parking was plentiful. Property manager was responsive and handle concerns immediately. If we return to Key West, will stay here again.
