The host was very welcoming. They checked in a number if times to see if we needed anything, gave great suggestions on places to eat, attractions, night life, etc. The place was very clean, comfortably, and had pretty much everything needed.When I had any questions, they responded rather quickly.

Fun Getaway!

While the condo could use a bit of updating, the complex and outdoor pool area vast, with a beautiful pool and out door space.

Great condo! Wonderful king bed, view of the mangrove, super close to beach access, great amenities, quiet area of Key West.

Papaya Place

Condo was great, pool was great and location was great. Would definitely stay here again. I would strongly recommend bug spray or a citronella candle if you're going to spend time on the balcony.

Key West Fun

The beds were very comfortable and the huge couch was the best. Property had everything we needed. Large pool and deck, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. Duval street and local attractions easily accessible with golf cart rental.

Staying near Smathers and Higgs beach worked for us. A short commute to town each evening was easy , and a good trade from staying downtown.

Comfortable & Pleasant Stay

Stayed between Christmas and New Year's. Place was clean, comfortable but a little removed from Old Town (which is both good and bad). It was nice not to be in the middle of a crowded area but definitely need to drive to get to restaurants and other attractions. Helps that parking is included. Overall a good place to stay.

Good but dated

Good location right by Smathers beach. Huge balcony, nice pool and hot tub on premises. The unit does need a bit of an update, especially the master bath, but was overall a great place for our family.

There are some things that were great about this place and some things that were terrible. Overall, the pool is lovely and the location is good. Close but not so close to the center of town. However the condo itself while clean is very shabby. The tile shows its age, the master tub is gross and looks dirty, and the carpet in the master seems new and also has stains. The condo feels clean just really showing some wear and tear that just make you not feel great about the monwy you are spending. Its not For the price, its not worth it.

Nice complex, great location, very clean

Complex was nice, beautiful gardens and pool. Was great to have beautiful views of the ocean from the pool. Shower on master bath was quite interesting, but served it’s purpose. Furniture and decor was a bit outdated for our tastes, but condo was very clean. This made us feel comfortable especially during COVID times ! The parking space in the security garage was a huge plus. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient to do some laundry mid trip.

The property was wonderful — the only issue we had was with confusion over the parking space (the renting agency told us to park in one space but then we were told to park somewhere else by the office at the property)
