About this property

Oceanfront Marina Condo With All Luxuries

Your spacious oceanfront balcony will be a front row seat for a panorama of azure blue ocean and sky. There are touches of tropical whimsy everywhere, like the “Windblown Table Lamp” in the reading alcove, a quirky reminder that you have arrived in America's Tropical Paradise. And since you are in the tropics, it goes without saying that there are overhead fans in every room.

The living area is bright and airy, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. There's a large high definition flat screen TV with expanded cable service. Large sliding glass doors open onto that spacious ocean view balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped and newly renovated with brand new appliances and everything else you would need to prepare the most ambitious meal. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanities and a separate “water closet” for the toilet and oversize glass shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that convert to a king. The third bedroom has a queen bed. If desired, the second and third bedrooms become one spacious suite. The second bathroom has an extra large shower. 28 night Minimum Stay Please Inquire.

A POOL & JACUZZI RIGHT ON THE OCEAN...

The large community pool and Jacuzzi are situated right on the oceanfront; you'll have those cooling ocean breezes all the time. There are a generous number of chaises and tables with umbrellas, and gas grills for those BBQ parties on the pool. If you have brought your own boat, you'll be able to keep it at one the many dry slips or wet slips available. Stand Up Paddleboard, Kayak, Jetski rentals are available. Great property and location

Great property and within close driving distance to Duval Street. The water views are awesome. You have all the amenities you need for your vacation at this property, including pool and hot tub. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Key West getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Large enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults with plenty of room to spreadd out. It was very well stocked with everything you need. The four beach chairs and cooler was a nice touch as we did have two beach days. The parking spaces were close by and the views were amazing.

Awesome condo!

We had such a great time at this condo. Its lovely inside and off the beaten path so it was quiet, not a lot of people around us. Key West central and beaches were close by as well. We had the opportunity to see a lot of undisturbed nature around us which was relaxing as well. We would definitely recommend this place. It has everything you need for a home away from home.

Beautiful clean condo with exceptional furnishings. We loved being able to sit on the lanai in the mornings to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our host John was very accommodating and worked with us when the elevator was not in service.

The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything needed. Beautiful view from the patio (and the new patio furniture is very comfortable). Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Very quiet setting but close enough to downtown Key West to take a taxi without breaking the bank. Will definitely re-book for our annual trip to Key West.

Elevator and bugs

After staying at this condo for three years it was very disappointing to see that the elevator was broken again. Three years in a row we had to bring our gear up 3 flights of stairs. They never even let us know it was broken prior to checking in. Thank goodness we are capable to walk up stairs. In addition, there were bugs, freezer was broken, not enough towels, broken gate fob, horrible water pressure in showers and many other issues. We politely let the owner know these things. Intern, he charged us an additional fee for additional cleaning. We booked it for six people and only five showed. I’m not quite sure how we could charge an additional fee for additional cleaning when we had less than the reserved party. owner was unreasonable, difficult, and we definitely will not be renting again. Please be aware of these items.

Beautiful view. Loved the decor. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Prime spot to fish and hit the bars in Key West condo association should look into a chiller for the pool as it was very warm. Other than that great experience.

Ocean Edge Relaxation

The check in process was very smooth. The accomodations were very comfortable. Loved swimming in the pool and being next to the red mangroves and ocean. Lots of wild life to see!10/10 would stay again

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful, Clean Apartment!

The apartment was amazing! It was spotless and beautifully maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The decor was stylish, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool was great, and the complex itself is spotless and well-kept. We also appreciated the covered parking, which made coming and going easy. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay!

We had a fabulous time at this very clean condo that is quiet and accommodating. It is the perfect spot !! The shuttles run on the hour to duval street so close enough to the action but quiet relaxing and clean at the resort. The restaurant even prepared our catch .. we will be back

Absolutely Perfect!

There were 6 of us here for my beach wedding. Others stayed in other locations but were jealous they didn’t have our set up. The fishing trips we booked were walking distance and a phenomenal experience. We were close enough to have all the Duvall experiences needed and far enough away to relax and enjoy relaxing! All in all, we absolutely will be returning!

Long Weekend in KW

GREAT GREAT GREAT Place to stay!! The condo and resort setting are perfect, pool and view are as well. Having been to KW many times I knew we weren't in the downtown party area which suited us perfectly. Went to our regular restaurant's (Roostica and Hogfish). Also found one I never knew about The Docks Restaurant and Raw Bar. What a hidden gem! Access to anywhere on the island was very easy. If you plan early enough, make reserevations at Hot Tin Roof for Sunday Brunch.

Key West Birthday Stay

This is a great condo, comfortable for five adults. We especially enjoyed the location, which was close to downtown Key West and had great local eats. The place is comfortable and has a beautiful water view.

Relax and Refresh!!

At first look, as well as throughout the stay, the property was perfect for a ocean/marina view stay! Hosting my in-laws that don't navigate stairs well, the elevator was a welcome entity. On-site restaurant was also a great addition! Overall awesome experience - Stock Island (and this particular property) will be on our list for years to come! Plenty to do, and far enough from Duval street to get away from the KW night-life if you wish.

We were never told the elevator was not working for months before we arrived. Very noisy air traffic

It was pretty well stocked. But no cleaning products. We were a group of 60+ seniors. And my husband doesn’t walk well, when we got to the condo and found out the elevator wasn’t working it was upsetting.
