This newly build and stylishly decorated flat offers 53sqm2 of available space. The kitchen is fully stocked allowing you to cook and prepare whatever you would like in order to make your experience feel as homely as possible. There is a lounge style sofa and a TV bolstering hunderds of channels, on top of the free Wi-Fi I want you to feel as close to home as possible. There is a terrace where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening out in fresh air. No matter what time of the year you choose to stay with me the flat has 2 AC units that will keep your comfort up to the highest level. The location of the flat is near public transportation with a link to the city centre and a mini-market on the ground floor of the building. A shopping centre is close by and a new sports and events centre is soon to be finished building.
