Beautiful Roof Condo, located just few blocks to the 5th Avenue and the beach, also to the local restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The terrace has a swing sunbed where you can relax and enjoy taking the sun or just read your favorite book; there is also a table with umbrella.
The cozy room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, air conditioner, a little fridge, ihome, beach towels, safety deposit box and telephone line and also a Nespresso.
The building has 24 hours security, elevator, 2 pools with deck and gym.
Electricity is expensive in the area, if consumption is elevated during your stay it will be an additional charge.
