You really can’t beat this location! So much to walk to and central to everything in the city! We had such a great time with our two young kids showing them around the city - would definitely stay here again. Super spacious and everyone was able to get their own room!

We had a bachelorette party at this home and it was truly that… A warm, welcoming HOME for us for the weekend! The entire property was immaculate. Inside, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and everything functioned properly. Outside, we were just a walk away from local hotspots, but it was easy access as well for any Ubers that we took to move deeper into the city. I would highly recommend the space for any kind of stay: whether just a few people for a weekend, a slightly larger gathering with friends or a weekend away with family. This property had everything that we could’ve asked for and more! Plus, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful to us the entire stay. Highly recommended!

This property was amazing! It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Hosts were super easy to comminicate with and super nice. It was truly perfect for our family trip- the game room was so fun for kids ans adults! So much within walking distance as well!

Great stay and great location! We stayed here while visiting my daughter for Christmas. I love that each child had their own room. My son loved taking over the lower level which was perfect for him - pool table, living area, bathroom and bedroom! We felt completely safe here. Would stay again.

We came for a bachelor party! Amazing location. Easy to take the L to wrigley or downtown. Place was very clean and everyone got their own bed.

Our family had an excellent 4 night stay. The hosts were very friendly and available when the fire alarm needed attention. We had everything we needed- extra towels, soap, shampoo, even coffee. A welcome bottle of wine was in the kitchen. Our family loved pool table and games but the best part was that we could walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping! We will definitely come back!

Awesome location

5 star stay, clean, close to shopping, ease of arrival, free parking for our car, comfy pillows and beds, the showers are amazing, the water pressure was like a free massage!! We cooked our meals in the beautiful well appointed kitchen, pre-made our lunches to take to the museums. I would return in a heartbeat!! Thanks for the memories!!

Overall, my family enjoyed the stay. However, I wish we had known there was no space for outdoor socializing, such as backyard or patio. Also, we did not realize until afterwards, the lower level was uncomfortably cold. Although, I’m certain it could have been addressed had we known. It was a great area and nice home with hospitable hosts.

Josh and Amy’s home was amazing for our girls trip! The home is even better than it looks in photos and was very comfortable for our stay with 12 women. The one thing that was above and beyond was the communication with the hosts. If we ever needed anything, they were immediately responsive and took care of all of our needs. Josh even came over and introduced himself when we checked in. Lovely people and they helped make it an incredible stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for people coming to the city! Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty to walk to. Will absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect to host our extended family in town for a wedding. Lots of space, clean, games, walkability to lots of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is very trendy and a very short uber ride to the loop or a couple mile walk.

We found the home to be very comfortable and well appointed for our group. We were in town for a Northwestern game but also enjoyed the many activities that Chicago has to offer. There were many restaurants within walking distance of the home. We found the owners to be very easy to work with and responsive to our needs and requests. We would definitely consider coming back on a return visit.

Great family friendly house and location

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The game room with pool table and play kitchen kept my 18 month old fully entertained for 2 rainy days indoors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The location was great with easy access to the train, several parks and restaurants.

Clean, Spacious and Near Everything

Amy’s place was perfect for our family of four. We stayed in another home in Lincoln Park last year and let me just say location makes a big difference. The other one was in a neighborhood that didn’t offer much within walking distance, but Amy's place was literally next to everything—it feels like real Chicago city living. Whole Foods is down the block, Trader Joe’s is around the corner and the house is steps away from plenty of nice restaurants and shopping. The space was great too. Plenty of room to spread out over the two living areas. Our kids enjoyed the toys and games provided - the foosball table was a hit! Close to both grocery stores and restaurants, it¹s easy to stay in or go out to eat. Would definitely recommend this spacious home for any group or family.
