Eastwood Lodge is situated conveniently next to footpaths leading to Walberswick and Southwold. It’s located between Blythburgh, an enchanting Suffolk village with historical Anglo-Saxon connections, and Walberswick, a popular seaside destination and home to several stars. The lodge is situated in the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve, a fifteen-minute walk away from the captivating Walberswick town, and its stunning beaches.
The lodge is comprised of five separate units:
On the ground floor, there is the main unit and a smaller unit, with three more units on the first floor, which have a range of set-ups to meet the needs of a variety of guests.
This spacious, newly refurbished twin studio is located on the first floor, it sleeps up to two people, and has it’s own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. It’s fully equipped, with a television and internet, and the kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, with all the cutlery and utensils you need.
Firstly, there are communal washing facilities, which consists of a washing machine, clotheshorse and a large sink. Additionally, the guests are encouraged to enjoy the vast garden which surrounds the lodge and are welcome to bring their dogs, at an additional charge of £10 payable in cash to the housekeeper. However, please be aware that there is a working farm next-door, which is not part of the lodge, so we kindly ask the guests not to enter this property out of respect for the farmer.
