Lovely bright downstairs flat that has been newly renovated. A brand new kitchen with microwave, oven and washing machine with plenty of space. Two good sized bedrooms, bathroom with shower and seperate toilet. An outside courtyard with washing line. Ground floor access with private entrance. A short stroll to the popular Burleigh Hill and Tallebudgera Creek. Cafes, restaurants, shops all a 5 minute drive away.
