Misty Sea 402 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a double wide furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The beautiful living room is decorated in a nautical theme & furnished with a comfortable queen sleep sofa, large chair and a flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area with seating for 4 people. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Great family week in Ocean city

Kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook a lot. Quiet area with ample parking. Check in and out process was easy. We left early and early checkout was good too.

Very nice place! Great ocean view!

We wanted a beachfront with a balcony facing the ocean (and nice, comfortable furniture on the balcony). This condo was perfect! When the bugs outdoors weren't in play, we were able to enjoy morning tea, lunch, and evening drinks on the balcony with a perfect ocean view and tremendous privacy. Very clean (only issue is the bathmat in the hall bathroom should be replaced - it was showing its age with some stains). The bed in the MB was extremely comfortable with a nice firm mattress (we didn't use the twin beds in the other bedroom). It's important to know that you need to bring all the necessities (and enough of them) to enjoy your stay - i.e., TP, paper towels, any spices for cooking and any other kitchen cooking necessities beyond pots and pans, etc. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, etc. in the cupboards. Showers were very clean and comfortable sizes - nice! The furniture in the living room has been replaced since the photo, but we did wish there was another comfortable chair to sit in for reading and relaxing besides the sofa. It was so convenient to go down every morning, pull our beach chairs, etc. out of the trunk of the car and walk right out to the beach (less than 5 minutes from door to beach, including stopping at the car - yay!). A really wonderful place, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Our Ocean Vacation

Great location Clean and roomy Great Balcony looking over the Balcony Difficulty with Parking But would stay here again with no problem.
