Great Condo!!

Room was VERY nice and was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was super and a GREAT place to spend the morning with a cup of joe. This is a VERY secure area and we really loved it. I would NOT hesitate to book this condo again!

Beachfront Bliss

We had multiple generations staying in various lodgings within this community. This condo was by far the crown jewel among them. Impeccably decorated, supremely comfortable bedding and views to soothe the soul. Ŵe enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to be back!

Ocean front vacay

Love the location, the amenities of the property , very roomy. Would stay again . But, not enough wash clothes, no dust pan ( I bought one and left for next guest), no bath room rugs. These are minor things that will make your guest more comfortable 😊. Our family had a wonderful visit! The grandkids love the pool area as well as the beach. Very nice being so close to beach access !!

Beautiful View and Inside, Too!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3-bedroom condo. The view is spectacular. It is just a few steps from the elevator and the boardwalk. We have stayed in other buildings in the complex, but this was our favorite building and one of our two favorite condos in this building (We also rented the unit next to it, and it was awesome, too.). Our home is much closer to beaches in the panhandle, but we love Cinnamon Beach because it is never overcrowded. We love the short drive into St. Augustine.

Lovely Ocean Front Stay

This is a beautiful comfortable condo with a lovely balcony facing the ocean. It's in an upscale neighborhood with two pools that are well maintained and heated. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and pans, baking pans, etc. dull knives, but that's typical of rentals. Tons of towels, beds were good. Only two beach chairs which were oddly tied together with a bike lock. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced and one lamp is missing the switch, but otherwise it was in very good shape and clean. We loved our stay!

Only downside was the pool and hot tub closed at 7pm and condo did not have any board games or cards or Frisbees etc to play in the evenings. Otherwise great.

Fantastic stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed Feb 9-29. The community is beautiful! We used the gym, both heated pools and ran through the many streets of the property without ever having to go outside the gates. Felt very secure. Unit 752 is right on the beach and the ocean sounds are so soothing on good days. Unfortunately, we had a week of bad weather and were told how unusually cold it was for February. Wore mostly winter clothes. There is a natural reef of coquina rocks right in the breakers that prevent entering the ocean in front of the building. Know that it’s not suitable for children. The furniture in the unit has been upgraded since this picture and was very comfortable. It was spacious and perfectly clean. Kitchen well stocked except for foil, Saran Wrap. The non stick fry pans are unusable because they are heavily scratched, except for a very small one. All other cooking utensils fine. The master bed frame, as in previous reviews is quite noisy, but the mattress was comfortable. All linens were clean and looked new. We explored the towns of Palm Coast, Flagler and St Augustine and had great food and experiences. There is a $3 fee to cross the bridge getting to the property but you can stop in the office and purchase a pass, which makes it only $.50 each time to cross. We also saw two rockets launch from the balcony, but one can go to Cape Canaveral for a better look. We look forward to staying at Cinnamon Beach again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Issue with missing remote was handled promptly by the property manager. HOWEVER, it would have been nice to be given a heads up that over half our vacation would have been ruined by the beach restoration shutting down access to the beach by our place and that the entire shoreline was rocky and you couldn't even get into the ocean without injury! We would have postponed our vacation if we would have known this or moved to another location all together! This information needs to be provided earlier so that guess can change if needed! We ended up leaving a day early because of this.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location with a beautiful view, easy access to the beach and close to the pools. The beds were comfortable except for the 2nd guest room that had a very uncomfortable and noisy mattress encasement. I understand the need to protect the mattress, but for older children/adults it made it impossible to sleep there and the mattress was too large for it to be removed for our stay. My kids ended up sharing the other bedroom. The decor was cute and beachy, but the furniture is uncomfortable inside and on the porch. We weren’t there much, but kicking back to watch tv or sit outside was a challenge. There were a lot of lights, clocks, remotes that didn’t work or required us to purchase new batteries. We’ve come to CB for over 10 years and I wouldn’t book this condo again unless upgrades were made. Location and view A+ though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third condo we've stayed at in the same location. Others were much better. Pros: Location, of course. Kitchen, linens, bed pillows, etc. were well stocked and in overall good shape. Nicest set of pans and knives I've seen in a rental, as well as lots of extra gadgets (blenders, toaster oven, etc.). Cons: Only one comfortable chair in the living room -- couch and two other chairs are worn out/have very thin cushions. Had to pile bed pillows on them. Same issue for the patio furniture -- paper thin cushions. Two of the beds have Very Firm mattresses (not my preference). Putting a simple inexpensive foam pad on top would help. The third bed was more comfortable; however, it was covered with a noisy plastic cover and is next to a bright window without blackout curtains. Some areas of the condo require maintenance (e.g., slow flushing toilet; broken towel rack) or proper cleaning (grubby grout in kitchen and bathrooms needs to be beached; doors need a good wipe-down; front door jam is all banged up).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Thrilled that the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were inviting. The living room was problematic. The sofa was so uncomfortable and the two wicker chairs hurt too bad to sit on. The kitchen was well stocked. Since we were there for almost three months, we ate many meals inside. We also had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on nice days on the patio. We watched the dogs playing on the beach. What fun. Yes, I would recommend this condo, other than uncomfortable living room furniture, and we had so much fun here. It looks like the owner made new bedrooms, stocked the linens, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It seems that the owner is concerned about comfort and has made a pretty place to stay. We are going back next year,

Great Views Missing Some

The kitchen was a little lacking as well as some other supplies. We had no showering towels. A quick message in the app and Crystal got us some. We had few pans and Pyrex for our needs and the utensils were minimal. There were lots of plates. We also would’ve loved a broom. We bought and left a swiffer. Our kids LOVED the pools and splash pads
