Awesome location, good unit for the price
Park City's free bus system stops right in front of the building. The unit has some quirks (like you'd expect from an older condo) - the toilet is crooked and runs, there isn't a stove, half of the kitchen is a closet... But for the price, I was more than satisfied with the stay. Probably wouldn't book it for a romantic vacation, but for some friends going skiing, it worked great

The shower fiberglass has deteriorated and appeared to have been painted. After several showers the paint as visibly peeling and the drain clogged leaving 6 inches of water that would not drain. We needed to delay our ski day to allow time for the handy man to fix it which he did promptly. We were appreciative that it was fixed quickly and the management company was very responsive. Also, there appeared to be no heat in the condo with the exception of a space heater. There were no extra heavy blankets only the sheets and a thin bedspread. We had to sleep in more clothes than we skied in as we felt it was unsafe to sleep with the electric heater with our children in the room. I even slept with foot warmers on after the first night. We tried turning the heat up. It registered as 64 for the duration of our stay, but felt much colder. Also the toilet tank ran the entire time. I had to shut the toilet valve off to sleep. The property could be great, but there needs to be some basic capital investment in the property. Other condos in the complex looked to have had more modern upgrades. This is very dated (circa 1980s) unit with no upgrades. It was clean and the kitchenette did have some nice amenities. We enjoyed our time in Park City, but we would not stay here again.

Loved that you left a candle and games, extra blankets, a green throw on the sofa.. Definitely needed the extra fridge ..could it fit next to microwave? would be less climbing over each other to get to the one in the room. just a thought... Moved things around to navigate the kitchenette. Put the iron below to put toaster next to microwave and dry goods, and fruit on shelf above. Used hangers/ closet pole for dish towels, bathing suit. Panicked on meal prep until I discovered the electric skillet...perfect.! My only suggestion to round it out would be a plastic strainer for veggie and fruit washing.( to keep anything from escaping down the drain as there is no garbage disposal or sink strainer) which leads me to ...need a catch strainer for the sink drain.. May be back in the area beginning of March ...any availabilty? Thanks for a comfortable stay! Blanca

Cozy
This is a simple and cozy place to stay if you plan on skiing in Park City. There are 2 mini refrigerators, some silverware/dishes, and a microwave/toaster for simple food. We appreciated the electric skillet that was added to allow us to fry some eggs in the morning!
