This gorgeous 31st floor condo has views of Waikiki, a sweeping view of the ocean, and is only a few blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This unit comes with a fully furnished, freshly renovated kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen has a dining table and chairs for a great dining experience while you stay with us! Sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes pull-out sofa, a reclining chair, and a large TV. The lanai includes a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the surfers ride the waves!

This unit has a great bedroom with King-Sized Bed and a great view. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a gorgeous white marble countertop and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a closed off private toilet and a great standing shower with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach!

Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Good location but fair accommodations

31st floor. Great view! Elevators at times took 5 mins to get to us. Condo was comfortable but not clean. The bed was comfortable. Needed more hangers. Shower doors and the oven door were dirty. One shower door did not close and the other wouldn’t open or it fell off track. Glass top tables in living room had fingerprints and glass marks on them. All wood furniture looked like it had not been dusted for a month. The kitchen was not stocked very well. No dishwasher detergent or baggies, etc. No salt, pepper, sugar or basics. Would have been nice to have the staples available. 2 teaspoons and about 4 forks, knives. The 2 supposed “beach chairs” were folding chairs in bags and one was completely broken and the other had a huge tear in the seat. The AC unit leaked all over the balcony. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Overall, the stay was fine. The room was as depicted in the ad.

The only negative was that the room had a significant smell in it when we checked in. After being there for awhile, I opened the dishwasher only to find small pieces of rotting fish as if the dishwasher was not run in a while and the fish was giving off a strong stench. I ran the dishwasher twice with the sani-rinse cycle turned on and that seemed to take care of the smell issue. Other than that, the experience was fine. It would have been nice to have some salt available for cooking, since it is hard to buy just a little salt for the stay.
