Offering panoramic views of the ocean from a spacious balcony, this superb luxury suite brings forth the pinnacle of comfort and relaxation. Guests will be treated to a one-of-a-kind experience of the pleasure of enjoyment while savouring the sights and sounds of the city.


Found in a central and strategic location, this two-bedroom fully furnished apartment evokes world-class experience and opulent living. Its spacious living space and floor to ceiling windows provide a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, while the large balcony boasts of truly marvellous panoramic views of the ocean.



With only the highest customer satisfaction in mind, the unit has been meticulously decorated and adorned with top-notch furniture and appliances that guests can use during their stay. There is also a modern kitchen complete with the necessary kitchen items for guests to prepare their own delicious meals.



The first bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, while the masters have a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Guests can only expect that high-quality linens, sheets, pillows, and towels are provided during their stay in order to maximize relaxation. Please do advise us upon booking on whether you would like to convert the other king bed so we can prepare it accordingly.

We only provide a one-time complimentary essential kit of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and even coffee and tea. Guests can procure more in any of the nearby grocery stores and convenience stores located in the area.



To make sure that the guest’s vehicle is safe and secure, we do provide 1 undercover parking space.



This would not be a luxury accommodation if guests would not have access to a wide array of world-class amenities like a huge fully-equipped fitness centre, a heated (seasonal) indoor pool, resort-style outdoor pools and spa, sauna and steam rooms, an in-house theatre, tennis court, powder rooms and business/conference rooms.



It is also strategically located near amazing shops and retails stores, renowned restaurants, authentic Aussie bars and cafes and other nightlife and entertainment options.



Guests can also find a tram station and bus stops just in front of the building, or the Broadbeach North Light Rail Station which is a few minutes walk around the corner. The abundance of transport options makes this suite the perfect base to explore the nearby Surfers Paradise and Southport.

Awesome location, near massive hugh end shopping stores, restaurants, cafes and attractions. Big enough for a family of 4 without tripping over each other. Gives you the opportunity to dine in, lounge by the pool and relax with views.

Not luxury as advertised

Badly stained lounge suite.Could feel springs in bed, had to use doona as topper. Unable to use balcony furniture do to rust and a broken chair. Picture had fallen of wall prior to our arrival but was not fixed .Broken toilet brush holder. Crockery, cutlery etc was the cheapest money could buy. In summery the location and resort facilities were excellent but the apartment was a disgrace to be advertised as ‘Luxury’ and represented as false advertising.

Great apartment and great location.

Super clean and very comfortable.The only thing lacking was a few basic kitchen items and perhaps some face washers in the bathrooms. Highly recommend a stay here.
