This property boasts 1500sqft of newly renovated open concepts space in the lovely town of Port Severn.
This property is a walk out basement unit with 10' ceilings and 3 sliding glass doors, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living room area, large bedrooms and bathroom. Bathroom has a custom shower with dual shower head.
The house is on a river that goes out to Little lake and Gloucester Pool which are waterways on the Trent Severn.
The property also has an above ground swimming pool too cool down in on hot days, or you can take a short 10 minute drive to the local beach, or venture a little further to the gorgeous beaches on Georgian bay.
The property has a boat launch directly in the back yard where you can launch you kayaks, canoes, or boats if you'd like. If you don't have a watercraft my husband offers fishing trips and boast cruises for an additional fee.
There is also a deck with a private fire pit for the renters as well.
There are many ATV and snowmobile trails to use very close to this unit as well.
