This house has great photos. It has space and structure. The host replied when I asked for a dish towel and to complain about the first cockroach. He said he had fumigated the garden and that the bug must have come from the outside. The next day, there were cockroaches coming out of the sink: 3 huge cockroaches. The host said he could fumigate the house again. But I declined: I was afraid the bugs would go crazy and make it worse AND I had no desire to breathe more chemicals. This house was a nightmare to be stay because of: cockroaches! The locals laughed at me because THIS IS NOT AGRONOMICA: this is a FAMOUS DRUG POINT! Unsafe and LOUD: PARTIES with LOUD MUSIC past 2AM/ the neighbours dogs barking sounded like they were inside the house.NOT WORTH the price posted. If you want basic safety and cleanliness: go to a HOTEL with this price.

Casa confortável e ótima hospitalidade

Fiquei com minha família na casa do Paulo por 11 dias na alta temporada em janeiro de 2017. Achamos o imóvel limpo, organizado, confortável e com tudo o que foi necessário para a estadia. Além de lindo. A casa é bem localizada perto da Beira Mar, onde podemos fazer caminhadas frequentes perto do oceano. Também fica a pouca distância do Shopping Beira Mar, com fácil acesso ao centro e a um ponto de ônibus. A casa fica após uma elevação de morro, como muitas em Florianópolis, própria para quem tem carro. Mesmo assim, a caminhada é curta até a beira mar, e usamos uber durante a viagem de qualquer jeito. O anfitrião foi muito simpático, sempre disponível quando precisamos dele. Recomendamos este imóvel e com toda certeza, se possível, ficaremos nele novamente na próxima temporada.

Ótima Hospitalidade e Localização Excelente

Ótima opção para se hospedar em florianópolis. A casa tem estrutura para família de cinco pessoas, localização estratégica para conhecer a ilha de norte a sul e a segurança necessária para dar tranquilidade no período de estadia . A hospitalidade do dono é outro diferencial, sempre disponível e amigável. Recomendo e espero me hospedar novamente. Nota 10!

El propietario Paulo cumplió con todo lo pactado en el contrato y en la publicación. Ha sido muy atento con nosotros y la casa estaba muy bien equipada y en excelentes condiciones tal como se indicaba en el aviso. Ojo hay que ir en auto porque queda en el centro de la ciudad y no hay playa en las cercanías, pero eso es lo que nos gustó, porque en pocos minutos por autopistas, recorríamos diferentes playas de toda la isla. 100% recomendable!

1 week in Floripa!!

Paulo and Edi were very nice hosts. The house was very nice and clean with a beautyful view over the city and sea. They came with us to carneval and showed us some nice places in Floripa. We spent a great time with them, because they are so funny and open-minded! It was also very interesting to communicate in 3 languages: portugues, german and english! If we ever come back to Floripa we will contact them again. Um abraco e beijo, Kathi, Susi, Cindy, Tina e Louise :-*
