Welcome to Seaside 351, this beautiful 3rd floor Oceanside villa overlooks the pool from the front door and ocean from the patio. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spectacular Sea Turtle themed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo which is perfect for a small family.

This villa provides a new (2022) queen size bed in the bedroom, full size kitchen with a combined living and dining area with a 55" Smart TV. You'll find the convenience of wireless internet. Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and built in bunk beds for small children.

You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, one of the islands best beaches and is a short distance from Coligny Plaza.

The amenities include an on-site pool, community grills and picnic tables for guest use.

Memorial Day stay

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was in a great location, short walk to the beach and the on-site pool was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Great place! Great location!!

The place was as described, decorated nicely, beach view from the balcony, short walking distance to the restaurants so Coligny! We love the location and like this unit better than the one we stayed in a couple of months ago. This one had plenty of towels and wash cloths and the small space was much better utilized than the other unit we stayed in earlier. The bed was comfortable, the only trouble we had was with the tv and they sent a repairman on a Saturday to fix it. Overall a great place and we will be back!!
