Walking distance to Illawarra Lake Foreshore/Reddall Reserve and patrolled Warilla Beach. This property is perfect for a family getaway or couples to enjoy what the area has to offer.

Sleeps 6 people with 3 bathrooms, double garage for use, small courtyard, fully equipped kitchen, ducted air conditioning throughout - perfect for all seasons year round. Wi-Fi available.

Featuring 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double bed and 1 x Bunk (2 x single beds).
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Main bedroom has an ensuite and main bathroom downstairs with a bathtub to relax in.

Portacot and sheets available on request (subject to availability).

4/5 minute walk to Reddall Reserve and close to Warilla Beach, swimming, fishing, boating, picnics and play area for the kids. You wont be disappointed, only have memories to cherish.

Close to everything, very comfortable and modern.
Lovely accommodation, clean and welcoming, surprisingly bigger inside and quieter than we thought it would be, no noise when inside. Excellent location near Lake Illawarra, beach and play area for kids all within easy walking distance. Would stay here again any time.

Nice townhouse close to family-friendly reserve
We enjoyed our stay and particularly liked it's proximity to playgrounds and the reserve for family-friendly swimming. A very walkable area as well. It is near a busy road, so there is a lot of traffic noise when sitting outside on the deck, but this is barely audible inside with doors closed. Well-stocked kitchen and bath towels provided. No hand towels though, so bring your own.
