Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. Young was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had a diverse group with different schedules. Some skied all day while others headed out later in the day. He made sure everyone had breakfast, lift tickets, and transportation to the lifts. When part of our group was scheduled to depart early morning in the middle of a snow storm, he ensure the paths were shoveled and clear of snow. His hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable.

素敵な建物でファミリーとワンコ一頭で楽しめましたが、色々前の方が置いて行ったもの？雑多残してあって、食べ物類は賞味期限が切れてるのかどうかもわからず、もう少し整理されたら良いのに、と思います。 ゴミ袋や紙類なども、沢山あるのは良いのですが、整頓されてないので、あまり気持ち良くありません。ザル(水切り)、延長カード、日本製のお箸、あると良いですね 台所、洗面所など排水も詰まり気味でした。

一戸建の魅力をしてしまいました^ - ^ 建物も新しいし、広いし、綺麗し、場所もスキー場から歩ける距離で本当に良かったです。 特に人と接触しないので安定感がすごい！笑笑 札幌はほぼ雪が積もってなかったので大雪でビックリ‼️めっちゃパウダー‼︎ 最高‼︎

写真の通り、素晴らしい素敵な空間でした。寝室も5部屋あり十分すぎる広さ。周りもしずかで、紅葉の景色もまどから眺められ最高の滞在となりました。両親も喜んで思い出になったようです。オーナーさんは日本語が片言ですが、メールは親切に腰の低い方で安心出来ました。

建物も部屋もとても綺麗で、食材のみだけを用意すれば、ほとんどの調理器具、食器が揃っていたので、安心して宿泊出来ました。今回は８人で宿泊しましたが10人でも、それ以上でも宿泊できるようですが、それでも充分な広さですし、快適でした。機会があれば、また利用したい宿になりました。大満足です。

とてもよかった！ が、管理人さんとあまりにも接触しないのでなにがなんだかわからなかった、、、 冷凍庫にものが入っていた。前の人のかな？韓国語が多く読めないところが多かった
