The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District. Elevate your stay at Bourbon Place with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 14 min walk away.

At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St. on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.
