Peak Season requires at least 3 or more nights arriving or departing on a Saturday. July to mid-August requires a 7 night minimum.
The guests of this 3 BR, 2 Bath condo located at Vickery Resort enjoy 1400 sq. ft. of living space, granite counters, washer, dryer, a full kitchen stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal, large bedrooms, a master bedroom that looks out onto Table Rock Lake, Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower in the master bath.
This lakefront vacation condo boasts a large private deck overlooking a secluded cove on Table Rock Lake. Also provided with this condo is full dock privileges. Rent a 11 x 30' slip for your boat and enjoy the lake with the convenience of the State Park Marina minutes from the dock, relax on the swim deck or enjoy a dip in the outside pool. Aqua Lilly Pad at the resort for all to enjoy!!

A great place to get away!

If you are looking for something a little different than staying on the strip, then this condo is for you! The location is different than any place we’ve stayed before and is still close to all the fun. It’s a small resort in a more residential neighborhood. Very clean facility with good amenities. Right on the lake, you can see the geese step into the water every morning. The grill on the back porch came in clutch for evening meals and there is plenty of seating to sit and watch the water. The property managers are on site and immediately answered the phone each time we called. Definitely would recommend this place.

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for a family of 7 with comfortable furniture and beds. There was also storage in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms so we could unpack and not live out of our suitcases. The deck was a favorite with plenty of seating and views of the lake. Having the dock and boat slip was a huge plus for us and a locker on the dock for storage was a great as well! The pool is fairly small, but most days we had it all to ourselves. Colleen was great to work with and very accommodating! We will definitely be staying at Vickery Resort in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully furnished and had a terrific view of the lake, with a large balcony to enjoy. The no wake cove was quiet. Beds were comfortable. It had the needed appliances/dishes, which were clean. It was right by the pool and we were happy with the 10:30 quiet time rule. Convenient location to all activities yet away from the traffic. Be aware "initial supply" of TP was a used roll with one usage so definitely bring some. And although the unit was generally very clean, the floors will turn your socks black so is in need of more than a vaccuum. Also a lot of flies. None of those issues would prevent a recommendation of a great place to stay!

We enjoyed the lake views very much.We were a little disappointed with the dock area - paddle boat and kayaks in very poor condition. Also needed an item from the office store and it was locked up when we went at 9:00am - we rang bell and were told store wasn’t really stocked up on items right now. Understand if it’s not the busy season yet, but the resort shouldn’t advertise things they aren’t going to provide so we can plan to get items when we are in town. You cou simply state that store and dock will not be in full operation until May 1.Managers were friendly.

The resort was immaculate, the condo was in perfect condition. Furniture was in prefect condition. WiFi was very good. Kitchen completely stocked with all tableware, pot and pans, slow cooker, blender,toaster. All in prefect condition. Beds were comfortable with excellent bedding and pillows. Plenty towels, washer and dryer. The whole place was very clean. Even the back porch was prefect, plenty of sitting, including table and chairs with gas grill with children play area. All you need to do is bring your clothes, food, health and beauty products. Prefect location with a beautiful view. I Give this resort a 10..

So much fun & perfect location

Colleen was phenomenal to work with! This property is just far enough from the town of Branson, but close enough for a short drive to all the activities. We enjoyed Sight and Sound, Silver Dollar City, and Downtown Branson!! The condo was clean, accessible, and perfect location to the lake!! We had a blast and will stay here again if we are in Branson for a visit.

We went for thanksgiving & we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The cleanliness amazed me - it was a concern of ours prior to renting especially during C19, & it far exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and Colleen was available and delightful when we needed her. We are considering making this an annual family trip & we will choose this property again. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped- we stayed 5 nights and cooked every day including cooking out on the roomy gated back deck that overlooked the lake. Amazing time- we will be back!

The lake was a short walk out the back door, it had all the amenities of home, large common space and bedrooms, lots of hooks to hang things on, very clean, and kayak and paddleboat rentals for my family. It was also a short distance, less than 15 minutes, to SDC, Branson's strip and the landing. We had a great stay!

The decorative walls put our walls to shame. Even though it rained the entire time we were there, we were able to move back and fourth to our vehicle without getting wet. We have stayed in Branson on numerous occasions, but none of the accomodations came close to this one!
