This house is located in beautiful and peaceful neighborhood- Banff trail community, 2bedroom with 1 queen bed in each room, each room has desk and chair. 1 living room with bed couch, tea table and TV. 1 full kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toast, hot water kettle, stove. 1 full bathroom, 1 dining room with 1 table and 4 chairs. Deck outside the dining room, BBQ in yard. Trees surrounding the house, it makes you feel relax.
5 minutes walking to LRT Station, 15 minutes walking to University of Calgary, about 6 minutes drive to Foothill Hospital and Children's hospital, 20 minutes to downtown , and 5 minute to Highway 1, 25 minutes to Calgary air port, super convenient. 2 students live in down stair suite, which is separate entrance. Laundry shared in basement, You can walk to down stair, down stair people can't enter up stair. You are secured.

Great location
Easy access to the property from Hwy #1. Quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Ellen was great. We had an issue with the toilet on the first day and she arranged for it to be repaired same day within a few hours. There are students living in the downstairs basement suite but they are very quiet and have separate access so totally separate from the houses main floor we rented. Would stay again if in Calgary area.
